This beautiful bungalow is a fantastic family property boasting a great garden and just a short walk to the beach. This delightful, 120 year old detached bungalow, is ideal for a family holiday. Situated close to the owner’s home and close to the road, yet totally enclosed, it is just a 10-minute walk to the beach. 50 yards away is Mules Park with lovely walks to the beach. Close by is Dawlish, famous for black swans. Dawlish Warren has a sand duned beach and nature reserve and is a must-see for birdwatchers. Teignmouth’s pier is well worth a visit. Nearby is Paignton, with its zoo and steam railway. See penguins at Torquay’s Living Coasts. Take a boat trip to Brixham. Guests will appreciate the welcome pack, including tea and coffee.
