Beautiful dog friendly family home
A lovely family, spacious, peaceful and well equipped home. Beautiful sea views from all rooms. The terrace was a bonus a lovely place to have an early morning coffee or sundowner with my dog. The hostess was very helpful and answered any of my phone queries instantly. Would highly recommend this beautiful beach house.

Fantastic Family Stay
We are a family of five and found Seaspray to be a lovely, spacious property that offers stunning views across the bay and is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable, it’s literally just a few steps from the beach which makes it perfect for seaside relaxation. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom where you can shower while enjoying the view of the beach below, it’s perfect for a relaxing start or end to your day. Spotlessly clean, Lynsey’s attention to detail is evident throughout the property, with thoughtful touches that enhance the overall experience. Every aspect has been considered to ensure you have a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Amazing accommodation!!
Lovely place with amazing views, comfy beds, facilities were excellent and owners very accommodating. I am looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful, comfortable accomodation a stones throw from the beach
Absolutely stunning location, the view out over the beach was simply beautiful! Beds had fabulous bedding and were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating adapting easily to suit our young family. Essentials like tea and coffee and milk were included as well as a few extra treats upon arrival which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back 😊

Lovely stay at this beautiful cottage with seaside view of Port Erin
- Port Erin is (in our opinion) one of the most beautiful beaches of the island - the property is located on the seafront and all the spacious rooms had a seaview. The terras overlooking the sea was an added bonus - the cottage was newly and tastefully renovated - fully equipped with all desirable amenities - the host provided us upon arrival a brochure containing recommended restaurants and activities

Sea spray
Fantastic sea view property with a brilliant host, location absolutely brilliant within easy walking distance of shops and pubs etc, property was immaculate inside and out with excellent facilities and a great Wi-Fi connection, we hope to book again for TT 2026. Book it up asap!

Outstanding in every way
An absolutely outstanding place to stay. Right on the beach, everything you would want as a home from home. Would highly recommend staying here. Lynsey is a wonderful host who cares about the guests in her property and is available if needed. Bread, milk and eggs were provided on arrival which was so thoughtful. We will definitely be returning again next year to stay here. Thank you so much Lynsey x
