Cottage
Ideal for families or groups of friends, Seaview is a 3 bedroom cottage on Port Erin beach. Every room has a sea view. With three large bedrooms, a second reception room can be used for reading, gaming, or relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sunset. A sunroom leads to steps to a spacious garden with bbq area, and a view of the beach. Handmade garden furniture makes a wonderful socialising space. The master bedroom has a ziplock superking size bed which maybe split into two singles if required. The front door leads to the sandy shore of Port Erin beach, and the property boasts ample storage for paddleboards, kayaks and fishing gear making it an ideal spot to take advantage of life on the water!

Perfect location and super comfort
Idyllic location, astounding views, ready access to beach/sea sports, walks, cafes, hotels , shops and entertainment with excellent wifi. The three storey cottage is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! One to return to.

Seaside holiday in Port Erin, IOM
Seaview was in a wonderful location, overlooking the beach and bay. It provided ideal accommodation for three generations of our family, four adults and two children. Swimming from the beach was excellent and watching the water sport was entertaining. The appearance of dolphins as the sun went down was a delight! Seaview was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The owner was very attentive and made the booking process very smooth. We all loved it and are looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful house by the sea.
Fabulous accommodation for a family holiday by the sea. Everything we could need and more, including cot and high chair for the baby. Gorgeous spacious bedrooms with the comfiest beds and all with a superb sea view to wake up to. Lovely private garden which was a suntrap for the more breezy days. Perfect for our family holiday.

Fabulous weeks holiday
Perfect cottage in a lovely location by the sea. The views from the cottage are fabulous. Super dog friendly with great walks from the doorstep. Port Erin has enough cafes, supermarket, pubs etc so you don’t have to travel but if you want to the transport network is excellent. The steam train to Douglas is a great day trip. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great holiday in Seaview
We have had a fabulous time at Seaview. The location is perfect - with amazing views across Port Erin. The house was well appointed, modern and well equipped. There is a charging point nearby which was good for us as we have an electric car. The supermarket is also nearby and there is easy access to the train station - the steam trains are great!

Sea Views from Seaview
Port Erin is a great location for exploring the Isle of Man, with two of the best walks starting from there, as well as the final stop of the steam railway from Douglas. Seaview is beside the beach and just a few minutes walk from good places to eat, the station and great ice cream. The cottage itself is really well equipped, with plenty of space and good views. Our little dog enjoyed it too and I'm sure we will be back.

Best location in Port Erin
Lovely seaside cottage on the lower prom right by the beach and bay at Port Erin. Well furnished and spacious dog friendly accommodation. Close to stunning coastal walks. Was also pleased to have an EV charging point just down the road.

Perfect cottage for a family holiday
Beautiful spacious cottage with everything you need for a holiday home, the best equipped self catering home I have stayed in. Cottage was spotlessly clean and was fully stocked with products to keep it clean and tidy eg cloths, binbags, kitchen roll etc. Had a washing machine and dishwasher plus plenty of different cooking utensils and pans, even managed to cook a full roast dinner! Large fridge and freezer perfect for a family. Beds and pillows were comfortable we all slept really well, wooden blinds on the windows to shut out the light so rooms were dark enough to sleep in. The cottage is an excellent location close to the beaches and less than 5 minutes walk to a co-op, the train station/bus stop and a great park, less than 10 minutes walk to a supermarket. Great walks to be had on both sides of the bay, an hour walk to the left is the Sound cafe where you can see basking seals, an hour walk to the right are numerous safe and clean beaches and a hike up to the Milners Tower.

An amazing birthday treat!
We loved our stay at Seaview Cottage in Port Erin. Having seen it on Instagram, it didn't disappoint. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children and the facilities were excellent. We couldn't have been nearer to the beach, 2 ice cream shops, the Bay and the Bridge Bookshop. The outside seating area was big enough to accommodate all of us and sheltered from the breeze. We loved the quirkiness of the cottage and the separate games/reading room on the top floor was a hit with everyone. A beautiful cottage decorated and equipped to a very high standard, yet comfortable and welcoming. The welcome pack was particularly appreciated as we arrived late and enjoyed a leisurely breakfast the next morning.

Lovely dog-friendly beachfront cottage
We have had a fantastic long stay at Seaview cottage with our two dogs. The location opposite the gorgeous beach is perfect (we have seen swimmers, paddleboarders and kayakers most days) and the views from every room are incredible. There are numerous lovely dog walks literally from the doorstep, including routes which take in dog-friendly pubs for lunch. All amenities needed are within walking distance, including two electric vehicle charging points, and Foraging Vintners and La Gusto have become weekend favourites for amazing sunset cocktails followed by delicious pizza! The cottage is very clean, cosy and well-equipped and Lynsey has been incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay at Seaview again on our next IOM visit.

About the neighbourhood
Situated in the south of the Island, Port Erin is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. A nice selection of bars and restaurants surround Port Erin and it's neighboring village of Port St Mary. Combine this with a variety of independent shops, cafe's and a local supermarket, you have everything you could need on your doorstep. Walkers really are spoilt for choice with the Island's coastal footpath, the 'Raad ny Foillan' ('Way of the Gull') passing just a few metres from Palm Villa. From Port Erin, take a boat trip to the Calf of Man, a small island off the south west coast which is a designated nature reserve often bustling with an array of sea birds and marine life.
Getting around
Travel in Victorian grandeur on the Heritage Steam Railway to Port Erin. Seaview is located close to the railway station. Bus links are also close to the house, or you could hire a car with using our discounted rates to get around the Island. Take the electric tram to the top of Snaefell mountain
