The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and also boasts an open plan living/dining room. Easy parking immediately outside the property is available, there is also a small drive and garage. To the rear of the property there is a small back garden, with outdoor seating and washing line. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.

Great TT Stay
Grianane offers comfortable and clean accommodation in a quiet location in Port Erin. Plenty of space for the four of us that stayed for a TT visit

Home from home holiday rental
Perfect for my 90 year old Mum's birthday holiday. Clean and homely with everything we could possibly need. The shower is great for people who are less able as there is no big step to access it, and it's a lovely powerful one. We alternated cooking for ourselves in the well equipped kitchen with takeaways or eating out. The dining area is a bonus and is well placed between the kitchen and lounge. The lounge is comfortable with a beautiful view of the sunsets. The only thing I could suggest to improve our stay would be a couple of throws to snuggle up with on the spacious sofas.

Short stay heaven
Booked for a long weekend whist attending a wedding. The property was exceptionally good proving great space for us grandparents, our daughter, son in law a grandchild. Family loved staying here. Was great access for PortErin and Port St Mary and the house was comfortable and extremely well equipped for all our needs. Our son in law wishes to return with his parents for a holiday so that says it all.
