There is a porch at the back of the house, a dreamy place to share a bottle of champagne in the evening or enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones. The property is fenced and privacy is total because there are not neighbours around. At the same time this finca is the home for many animals like dogs, cats, pigs, gens and partridges. There is a special area for them in the property and the owner comes every day to take care of them. The property has only one floor and it is characterised by a country style, with warm wooden furniture and natural stoned walls, without relinquishing a modern equipment like TV Sat or air-conditioning. The living-dining room is a cosy corner, a beautiful place to have lunch all together and share chatting and laughing. The dining table offers room for 6 guests who can accommodate in chairs and benches. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a microwave and some cooking utensils - that is to say, it has basic equipment. The laundry features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house offers three bedrooms with AC, two with a double bed and the other with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower bathroom. In addition, there are two more shower bathrooms in the house. A cot and a high chair are also available under request. The MA-6100 road, which can be heard due its proximity, leads you rapidly to Colonia de Sant Jordi and the beaches around. The urban beach called Platja des Port offers services like restaurants, bars and shops, so it is ideal for families with children. On the other hand, Platja d'es Carbó, Cala En Tugores, Es Trenc and Es Caragol and quiet and natural beaches and some of the only accessible by walking. They will surprise you due to their white fine sand and crystalline waters. An alternative to the beach is an excursion the island of Cabrera, a protected island, or a visit to the museum dedicated to the history, flora and wildlife in Cabrera. This museum is located in Colonia de Snat Jordi. The most famous salt in the Mediterranean is offered in shops in Ses Salines, the so called Salt d'Es Trenc, rose or olive flavoured for instance. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. You will find a closed warehouse in the property. Air conditioning works from 9:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. in the bedrooms. In the living room the AC is available 24 hours but with a timer.
