Great location. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood Beds were comfortable, and great water pressure in the shower. The pool was nice at night and then the rooftop patio was a great place for a night cap and to watch the stars. could have had actual beach chairs but we made do with what was there.

House is exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 4 with two teenagers - they appreciated having their own bedrooms. We enjoyed the patio and roof deck but our favorite spot was the pool. It was a perfect way to relax and cool off after active days. House is in a great location across from the beach and with plenty of restaurants close by. Our favorites were La Estacion, El Pescador and Costa Mia. Fajardo is convenient to a lot of activities. We would definitely return!

House was close to the beach and in a central location for several activities and trip to Vieques. Well set up for cooking at home and taking in the sunrise and sunsets. Weekends are busy and a lively downtown. Weekdays were quiet. Overall a very good experience.

This rental was great! Prompt communication upon check in when I had questions. It provided ample space for my family of 5. The kids (16, 15, 11) loved the private pool and my husband and I loved the rooftop. Walking distance to a restaurant with great walk up service for bar drinks and empanadas with beaches across the street with watersport rentals.. There was a beach umbrella and a few beach chairs provided (some where broken) but it would've been nice to have a few floats, boogie boards or noodles for the kids.

Villa Tranquilidad is a wonderful place to stay when experiencing Fajardo and Puerto Rico. Very well equipped, great spaces and amenities, and close to the beach, water activities and some excellent eateries. Lizette was welcoming and responsive. We had a wonderful experience and hope to return again!

Our family of 5 were very happy with Villa Tranquilidad The townhouse is spacious, and the two outdoor patios are even better. The ground floor patio is right outside the kitchen which makes it easy to get anything from the kitchen. The rooftop patio is even better as it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is perfect just across the street from the beach. Even though the private pool is small, we used it way more than I expected, as our 11 year old loved it and we had 3 people in it often. A couple things we learned/discovered - Because the rooftop patio is so nice, we much preferred eating dinner there instead of going to a restaurant. We went to the restaurant next door and ordered carryout and it took an hour to get our food. The food was good, but my family was hangry by the time we ate it. Secondly make sure you take the family to the Hidden Beach - Playa Escondida. At the western end of Seven Seas beach you will see a trailhead. When you get to a T, turn right. You will reappear at a rocky beach but keep going. Continue past the trail to Playa Colora and you will arrive at Playa Escondida. On the hike you will see more crabs than you have ever seen in your life and they are fascinating to watch. My wife and i would take morning walks on the trail just to watch them. Its about a 15-20 minute walk from Seven Seas Beach. Overall, Villa Tranquilidad is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it.

This property has some very nice outdoor space: a patio to eat outside, a small private pool (ask the handyman Edwin how to make it warmer, we didn't figure that out and it was sometimes chilly) and a roof with a lovely view of the ocean. It is next to a beach, Seven Seas, which is narrow but pretty, popular with locals on daytrips, so it really comes to life at weekends. It is fairly uncommercialized, just a restaurant and kayaks for hire (highly recommended!) Edwin, the handyman for the complex is an absolutely amazing guy, ask him about any problems you have. He even (temporarily) fixed our rental car when it went over a pothole and absolutely refused any tip!
