The Space: Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - AC and WIFI are offered in all rooms. - Attached bathrooms are offered in 2 of the rooms. - TV is offered in 1 of the rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached, 1 shared. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats up to 6-8 people. - It offers a music system, TV, AC and WiFi. - The dining area seats up to 4-6 people. - There is a balcony with seating for up to 6-8 people. - There is a lawn with accommodation for up to 15 people. - There are palm trees and organic vegetation including pepper plants in the lawn. - There is a swimming pool with pool floats available. - The pool is 39x8 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - It is accessible from 6 AM to 10 PM. KITCHEN - Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges. - The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, toaster, mixer-grinder, electric kettle, refrigerator and a microwave. - Bottled drinking water is provided. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Guests are allowed to cook and consume vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. - A chef can be arranged at additional charge, subject to availability. - All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. - Guests can also eat out in nearby eateries like Jardin D’ulysse, The Grill & Fry, Tiger Bay Restobar and Sea Horse Restaurant. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like pool, cards or ludo and outdoor games like badminton, football and cricket. Guests can also take a peaceful walk in the lawn and explore the organic vegetation. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This property is not suitable for pets. - Construction is going on nearby the villa. Guests may experience some disturbance. - There are CCTV cameras installed near the entrance of the villa and primary entrance of the property for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support the lights, fans and 2 ACs for up to 18 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Airtel work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue kit is available. However, guests will have to pay for the material used. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
