TH, older/well built (attached to 1 other, and one never hears them!) in small set of homes on Tucson's E/NE location. Great access to most of Tucson's major tourist and employer sites; exercising, shopping, and sightseeing access; Quiet neighborhood; Beautiful views of Tucson's surrounding mountains. Large shopping/eating options w/I one mile of home. Access to swimming pool just through back porch door, although pool is not heated during winter months. (Could be arranged if property's demand made it worthwhile for owner to pay for), but great in 1/2 mo. of a yr. Tastefully appointed/furnished. TV is a ROKU setup. It is a very comfortable home & location!

About the neighbourhood
There are so many things about this location, either for main work sites (hospitals, Davis Monthon AFB, Raytheon, Ft Huachua, etc) or sightseeing, or exercising & safety. Tucson is known as a bicycling and walking city, so it is right by a major walk/bike path that goes for ?? Regardless of the tourist destination (Pima Air Museum, a huge favorite, is to the SW about 20min. away; Mt Lemon (a short drive N), Desert Museum E, Amarand Museum, Cochise Stronghold, Sierra Vista (Ft Huachua) & Bisbee to the E & SE; Green Valley & Pecan Farm Store, Tubac, Patagonia areas to the South about 20mi.; Then to the west are Old Tucson (old and current movie sites), The Desert Museum (said to be one of the best in the world) are both very accessible.
Tucson does have a good city bus system, but I would say if you plan to get a lot done in a relatively short time, a car is necessary.
How to get there
Airport: Tucson International: 15.0 km
Railway: Downtown: 5.0 km
Interstate 1 10 makes a semi-circle around Tucson. Because of this, it is easy access from Tucson International Airport, or if you are driving, to take 1 10 exit onto Houghton, go N on Houghton to Old Spanish Trail, or 22nd, to Harrison N approx. .05 mi. Turn L into Ciudad Circle Complex on the right to 791 S Ciudad Circle. If one misses this turn, remember the complex is like a half moon, and 791 is in the center near the swimming pool.
