You will love sitting on the covered front porch and watching the local wildlife that like to drink and bathe in the spring fed pond in the field of this almost 3 acre property. Beautiful views from front porch. Easy access to town and RMNP. We used the fire pit, with provided wood, every night. So nice!

About the neighbourhood
There is so much to do in and around town that is within 15 minutes. Horse back riding in several locations , mini golf, golf, hiking, biking, shopping, rafting, off roading, chuck wagon dinners, go carts, fishing, boating. The property itself has games, movies and plenty of opportunities to view local wildlife. The elk and deer love to visit our field and pond.
Getting around
There are shuttle busses and trolleys that go to various locations around town and in the park so you can park in one spot and easily get around. I recommend getting to the park as early as possible to get parking and access to trails if you are planning on hiking during your visit. There is a trolley stop .2 miles away at the corner of Mary's Lake and Peak View Drive.

How to get there
It is located about 1 1/2 hours from Denver International Airport. If driving there is access to Estes Park from Loveland on 34 or Longmont on 36. There is ample parking for at least 4 cars. The town of Estes is building a new parking garage near the visitor with shuttle service to many locations throughout town.
