Wailea Ekahi Village is a beautifully terraced property located at the entrance to the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of 54 two-story buildings spread out over thirty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Keawakapu Beach fronting the property is well-known for romantic sunset walks, excellent swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and seasonal whale watching in the winter months. Wailea Ekahi Village is an air-conditioned property that offers a beachfront pavilion with large pool, barbecues, kitchen area, private showers, paddle tennis and shuffleboard courts. Location is everything. Amazing ocean view sunsets every night.
Views for days. Property and condo amenities are top notch. Less than a 5-minute walk to beach, swimming, and snorkeling without getting in a car. There were four of us (girls' trip) - everyone got their own bed; I had the murphy bed, which was super comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is a no brainer. I'd use it for a family or two couples
This place is a no brainer. I'd use it for a family or two couples, or (as we did) just two of us to work remote using one bedroom as an office (strong WiFi everywhere). Felt more like a house swap or visiting a friend’s house than a rental condo to me. Everything is so well sorted and easy that you kind of feel at home in minutes.
The complex: If you want the party scene, go to the other side of the island. This side is quiet, great for adults and families. The complex itself is fantastic, think old school Hawaii resort property with big grounds, lush gardens, and low rise buildings spread out so there is a lot of space and quiet. Multiple pools, pickle ball, and a bigger family oriented pool with a pavilion for eating and cooking out. The location. While it isn’t technically a private beach, it pretty much is – never crowded, typically locals hanging out and tourists walking.
Location: Well situated to walk to shops and restaurants in either direction. One way, you are in the more tourist and locals area. The other way and you’re in kind of the Beverly Hills of Kihei with higher end mall with restaurants and shopping. If you aren’t up for a walk, easy 5 minutes drives. We walked to nice restaurants and bars daily.
Unit location: Ocean views from the living room, dining table, bedroom, you name it. In a fantastic location within the complex. A few minute walk to the beach, a pool and pickle ball court literally outside the back door. Easy parking just outside the front door. The lanai is tailor made for sunset.
Unit: Unit is great. Very island casual, a comfortable vibe. If you want sterile and modern, this isn’t for you. If you want a classic Hawaii experience, where you are comfortable wandering in from the beach and flopping down with a drink, this works. The whole place is just comfortable and easy. New furniture, comfortable beds. Lots of storage in every room, especially the bedrooms. Really nice to have upstairs and downstairs to separate things. Washer dryer upstairs so you can do laundry easily.
Kitchen: Beyond well stocked. We cooked daily and even entertained guests and were able to make complete meals, including serving ware. Pretty much if you can think of it, you’ll find it in one of the cabinets or drawers. You’ll have no issue cooking for yourself or family/kids. Good size, we were able to both work on prep comfortably, and the pass over counter was really handy direct to the dining table. Dishwasher and garbage disposal. Tip: look for the cooler so you can take cold stuff to the beach (they have freezer packs in the freezer. Tip: the ice maker generates a ton of ice, don’t buy any. Tip: tons of Tupperware so you can do food prep in advance or keep leftovers.
Bathrooms: So convenient to have a half bath downstairs. Each bedroom has an en suite. And also a really big area to get ready and store toiletries, so one person can be getting ready while the other is in the shower.
Bedrooms: The master has a private balcony with ocean view and seating. The second has mountain views. Both spacious. Nice little touches like laundry hampers and charging stations at every bed.
Tech: Charging stations all over. An office desk downstairs and one in the second bedroom. Strong WiFi throughout. Big TVs in bedrooms and living room (looked like they had Apple and cable, but we never turned one on to check!).
Supplies: Wow, another area that is well stocked. They have towels, beach chairs, toys, even a cart to haul stuff around.

Flawless experience
We were completely satisfied with our rental unit and the service provide by Ali’i Resorts. Unit was spotless, everything worked, and the online description was accurate. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Would recommend to anyone.
