A quien le guste el lujo y la comodidad se sentirá como en casa en el Apartamento Real! Es un precioso y nuevo apartamento en la lujosa Residencia Mármara, situada a tan sólo 30 metros de la playa de arena ¨El Arenal¨. En Jávea hay muy pocos apartamentos de esta calidad y sobre todo en esta ubicación tan excepcional. No sólo la playa, pero también los numerosos bares y restaurantes, supermercados, lugares de ocio y los chiringuitos se encuentran a una distancia a pie del apartamento. El complejo dispone de una piscina grande con jacuzzi y una piscina infantil separada, rodeada de césped (la piscina está completamente vallada por la seguridad de los niños). También hay un parque infantil.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay in Silvie's flat. She has decorated it so lovingly and we felt at home. The grounds are very well maintained, as is the whole complex. The pool is nice and big and also great for kids. The distance to the beach and restaurants is great. Very central but still quiet. Thank you very much Silvie.

merveilleux appartement à deux pas de la plage
C'est notre 2ème séjour dans cet appartement, nous sommes très satisfaits, une partie du mobilier a été changé et c'est le top !!! Sylvie est toujours très accueillante avec sa gentillesse et son beau sourire !!! Donc, nous avons passé 4 semaines très agréable avec tout le confort possible, l'appartement est très propre et confortable avec une cuisine bien équipée, bien situé dans la résidence, tout est parfait. Le concierge est toujours très professionnel et courtois. A bientôt !

Great apartment with fantastic location!
Fantastic apartment !! Everything you need is available and of very good quality and perfectly maintained. The beach, restaurants and the boulevard are a 1-minute walk away, so the location couldn't be better.
The apartment is within a luxury complex with a very beautiful and well-maintained garden and large beautiful swimming pool (beautiful view of the garden and pool from the spacious balcony) Everything is great; good beds, nice bathrooms, ideal location. In short, everything you need for a wonderful stay in Javea and this apartment is highly recommended!

Bel appartement tout confort à 2 pas de la plage
Magnifique résidence très bien entretenue et sécurisée, piscine et bain à remous au milieu d'un beau jardin avec palmiers. L'appartement avec terrasse permet de surveiller les enfants à la piscine ! Lits très confortables avec linge nécessaire pour toute la durée du séjour, cuisine bien équipée. Petit inconvénient, la place de parking qui ne permet pas de stationner une voiture, à l'extérieur c'est gratuit et sans risque. Xabia est une station balnéaire idéale, nous reviendrons.

Great apartment in a lovely location
We stayed at this apartment for a week in August, it’s a clean and modern 2 bed apartment which was a good size for our family of 4. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to Javea Arenal wth the shops, restaurant and bars. The pool area was a good size, it was busy when we were there but still had no trouble finding a spot. We had a hire car and could park close to the apartment, there is an underground car park but it’s very tight so we parked outside all the time.
We’d definitely stay again!!

Ideal location
We booked this apartment for its close proximity to the beach and restaurant / bars , and could not have been more impressed.
The apartment was immaculate, modern, and had all the facilities we required although because this was just a short relaxing break, we did not take full advantage of them all.
We often holiday in Javea, and I would not hesitate booking this apartment again in the future.
