Ground floor apartment, equipped for the disabled, independent entrance, living room with sofa bed, fireplace and satellite TV, kitchenette with equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, independent heating. Outside there is a nice table outside for reading or eating. The rooms have fans on the ceiling. The large park surrounding the swimming pools extends for about 2 hectares, in a gentle hilly position. It has large relaxation areas, for resting and reading, very well cared for. There is a very well equipped barbecue and oven area with a large veranda and gazebos where you can eat outside. For a holiday in Umbria dedicated to sport and fun: ping pong table, five-a-side football pitch in natural grass, volleyball court in natural grass, badminton, jogging path of about 1 km along the property's border, fenced.
