I stayed at this lovely 1 bedroom during the week of July 4, while I was in Gettysburg for a conference. It could not have been more perfect and it filled all my check boxes:
- sparking clean
- private
- quiet
- comfortable
- lots of light
- stylish design
- convenient
- easy access with great parking
- responsive and kind owners.
I could not recommend this Gettysburg jewel more highly. If I plan another trip to Gettysburg, I will definitely reach out to Devin and Kathy!

We really enjoyed staying here for 4 days while visiting Gettysburg. Felt like home nice area, quite and very clean Devin and Kathy do a great job in making it comfortable and nice just wished we could have stayed longer. In the future we will look forward to staying here again.

Loved the location, close to town and park, but with a country feeling thanks to the huge field in back.Very well-organized, lots of documentation, small but excellent library of books on Gettysburg/Civil War. Nice big,new TV. The place is very small, and has its quirks: odd layout (closet not in bedroom), tiny kitchenette with dim lighting, lots of sharp edges (barked our shins on bedframe), no shampoo or conditioner. For one or two people who don’t plan on doing a lot of cooking, however, this is a very clean and very quiet base for exploring the battlefields.

Place was very clean and well maintained. Due to accidents on the highway we arrived later than anticipated and stayed in contact with the owner and had no problems checking in once we finally arrived. The place is far enough away from the center that is nice and quiet but everything is with in a 10 min drive.
