The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room with ping pong table, darts and other games, living room with large sofa bed and brick fireplace, full kitchen / dining combo, large terrace wraparound, screened porch with propane grill, master bedroom with double closet and private terrace, washer and dryer on the first floor. Free internet, Wifi password displayed, all rooms have streaming smart TVs. Private arch driveway large enough for 4 cars. Located in the highly rated community of Saw Creek Estates.
