The en suite marble bathroom has a small tub with shower and a glamorous glass vanity.Have a bite to eat when ever you feel like it in your separate & full eat-in kitchen with extra large double door refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, full stove with oven & full size dishwasher. The kitchen is nicely equipped with microwave, coffee pot, pots & pans, dishes, glassware and flatware. T he dining area with cushioned window seat overlooks the peaceful garden. If you don't feel like cooking, just order in from the many nearby restaurants or have the grocery stores deliver.An adjacent 2-room 1/2 bath duplex suite has a library/bedroom with an over sized double sofa bed. Private interior stairs lead to a large upstairs bedroom with 2 twin size beds that can be made up into a king size bed & a single ottoman bed. A marble 1/2 bath is off of this room. This is a no smoking apartment for your comfort. Smoking in the garden is always okay.The apartment is one of 3 units in a private townhouse. It is on the garden floor in the back & is exceptionally quiet, clean, safe and secure. The owners live in the apartment upstairs. The rental rates are for 2 guests in the apartment. Add the suite for $1095 a week or $225 a day. Additional guests up to 10 total are $45 a day. More
