We used this condo as spillover for out of town family visiting from the east coast. The third floor, southern exposure gave us great mornings on the sun filled balcony with unobstructed ocean views.
The condo has new carpet. We met the owner who said he was upgrading the unit.
This address is in the heart of the the PB beach. Everything we needed was within a two block radius.

The living room and deck faced down the beach, giving us great views of waves and surfers. The Master had the same great view and its own small deck.
The second bedroom faced onto the interior walkway. The unit had recently been re-carpeted and was very fresh feeling.
The building is right next to the beach and beach walk- so great for long walks. The only small downside was the noise from the plaza right next to the building. The plaza was a popular spot for loud music.

This property is located in an excellent area within walking distance to restaurants, food stores and
the essential liquor. It also is in easy driving distance to all the points of interest in San Diego. It’s very clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our party of four (4) adults. We’ll certainly stay again and so should you.

Great location! We loved walking up and down the boardwalk. We could walk to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The parking spot was perfect.

We stayed here with our 3 year old son. It was a quiet complex and a very clean apartment. There were even boars games for little kids. We absolutely loved the view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Being able to walk to the beach with a small child was amazing. It was great to be so close, I was able to walk back to the apartment to grab some snacks we forgot for the beach while my husband and son stayed playing in the sand. It was a perfect location and a perfect vacation.
Chris has really set up a great VRBO vacation spot.
