Located approximately 4 miles south of town, the brand new Red Cliff apartment style condos have many of the amenities of the luxury lodging accommodations at a very affordable price. You'll enjoy the new outdoor pool and hot tub that the Red Cliff's complex has to offer. This condo is located on the second story where you can easily enjoy the dramatic Moab Rim view from your outdoor balcony while relaxing after a long day of fun and activity. Each condo is 1400 square feet including 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, and a large laundry room. Please note, there is no bike storage available at this property.

Clean and convenient
Make sure to ask that they change the door code before you arrive. Our only complaint was that apparently there was confusion and a young woman showed up with our same door code! They changed the code right away when we called, but it was a little disconcerting.

Dit appartement is voorzien van alles: wasmachine, droogkast, volledig uitgeruste keuken, 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, een gezellige living met zetels en een terras. We hadden tevens toegang tot het zwembad.

Very clean and convenient to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Great value. Condo has everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable.

"Top-Drawer" - Comfortable, Well appointed, Easy zip to Moab & Parks
Lovely place. This was a comfortable home away from home! All systems "GO." Being 3 miles south of Moab, it was quiet and clean as well. Right on the highway into Moab. We zipped into town for groceries, got to Arches Natl Park (and Canyonlands) effortlessly and were delighted with the accommodation. It was a great base of operations for seeing this great area. Splendid views of mountains and cliffs from the patio. Nice... a repeatably good hangout, I expect!

Good times
We had a nice stay in Moab. Thanks for providing a nice place to stay while we were on vacation. No complaints. Kitchen had everything we needed. Jesus saves. John 3:16

Amazing accommodations!!
New apartment equipped for long stays. Has 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Very close to Main Street. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended

The Condo was clean, the amenities were well stock, close to town & quiet. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Good if you aren't too sensitive to noises (middle floor).
Nice sized place. Each of the rooms were clean and in good order. No smoke smells. Showers, etc. all worked just fine. Check in was made easy by the rental company.
My only complaints are as follows:
- The unit is on the second floor of a three story building. I could hear all of the footsteps of the tenant(s) above as well as their bedsprings. This included, but was not limited to, hearing them turn over during the night.
- Some of the bed linens are getting close to needing to be replaced. One of the duvet covers was torn as well.
- No onsite recycling that we could find.
Recommended, but not wholeheartedly.

Easy access to where we wanted to go.
Even though this unit was on the south side of Moab, our late October stay encountered no traffic problems in this growing tourist mecca. It was roomy, clean, comfortable, quiet (even with Highway 191 nearby). All that we would need for a pleasant stay was there. Only "complaint" was that we did not know and could not figure out how to make the TV work for HD viewing. That was a problem watching sporting events and being unable to know the score. But really, we didn't come to Moab to watch TV; we came to see the beautiful nearby scenery (and also drove the easy and scenic drive to Monument Valley). And we knew that the management people were available if we had needed anything. If we make it to Moab again, we will certainly give this place top priority when looking for lodging.
