This quirky little bungalow is four blocks to the oceanfront with all that has to offer. And it's in the Vibe district with restaurants and cafes nearby and a brew pub literally across the street. Ideal for one or two people who don't plan to cook--and why would you? You're on vacation. There is a fully equipped kitchen but virtually no counter space. Dining room table seats four. Bathroom has odd jog where bedroom closet juts into it. Mattress very comfortable.

The property was exactly as shown. Check in process with easy and streamlined. The bathroom a little tight for a larger person but for me was perfect. Kitchen smaller but I was able to make it work and cook when I did. My walk to the beach was about 10 mins and the restaurants within the block were excellent. I will defiantly be back!!

Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed being so close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and other places of interest. The only real minuses were the size of the bathroom and kitchen.

The WIFI did not work the entire time I was there....
The WIFI did not work the entire time I was there. I contacted the management company and they were great but unable to fix the issue. There is very little natural light, and the bed needs to be replaced. It is in a great location with easy access to great coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

Overall our stay was nice. A little disappointed in the condition/appearance of the apartment. The management company could put a little more into the property to make it nicer and definitely need a new bed.The location was fantastic though. We walked everywhere!

Overall we loved the location - very convenient to a number of fabulous restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The property itself was fine. It was clean enough but it was tired/shabby feeling - the furnishings are a mix of nicer things and older things that are pretty worn looking and dingy. There were a number of places with peeling paint, the windows and window ledges were dirty, there were broken mini blinds, baseboard trim in the kitchen that was not secured to the wall/floor and there was a picture that had clearly fallen off the wall and never been hung back up. Nothing earth shattering, but just was not as fresh feeling as we expected. The pictures online made it look nicer and the space seem more functional (kitchen and bathroom) than it actually was. There were decorative touches like a throw blanket and pillows that were in the pictures but not in the bungalow. It is a personal preference only but the bed was firmer than my body can handle and there were not any extra blankets other than the one sheet and a thin quilt so it was hard to feel cozy while resting. We did enjoy our time in the area but did not settle in and hang out in the living spaces at all while we were there. Management was very prompt and responsive when we had a question about operating the door lock (just needs a bit more explanation in the check in info which otherwise was excellent and easy) and a discrepancy with the posted check out time which was instantly clarified.
