The Card owner must be present at time of arrival. • A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card. • We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. For any guests needing assistance, or if you have any questions/comments regarding the above, please contact us. ~Property Policies~ • Responsibility for Charges and Damages: You are liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. You agree that guests in our room are authorized by you to charge to the room from anywhere in the resort or at any property, unless you advise the Front Desk otherwise. • Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed. • Smoking Policy: Beach Quarters Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 500 cleaning fee will be billed to your account. • Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols. ADVISEMENT PARKING GARAGE RENOVATION: Our on-site parking garage is currently under renovations. This may result in relocation of your vehicle during your stay to off-site parking. There also may be noise from the work between the hours of 9am-5pm. We apologize in advance as we work to improve our parking garage. NOTE: Minimum age required to check in is 25 years old.

Beautiful

Absolutely beautiful. Everything from the view to the room was amazing. We will definitely be coming back and staying here
