Nicely furnished. Views across the water. Easy enough to travel around. Restaurant & bar in marina, 5 minutes walk only!

Fabulous place especially if you love yachts
This is a super house and location for a holiday. Everything of a good standard and lovely bathrooms and kitchen. If you are looking for somewhere special go no further.

We booked Yachtsman's Tower to have a peaceful holiday with a bit of luxury thrown in and this definitely ticked all of those boxes. It was so quiet and peaceful and we all loved watching the wildlife in the mornings and evenings. Superb views and the house itself had everything that we could have wanted. Lots of space and comfort and very well equipped. We loved it so much we have booked again. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were a group celebrating my 40th with a trip to the festival. Perfect location, beautiful house. We loved seeing the family of swans and cygnets every day. And easily within walking distance of all things festival.

Excellent
One of our very best holiday homes on the Isle of wight. This is a property to die for.
So relaxing and quiet in the most tranquil unique 360 degree stunning views.
Comfortable beds
Fabulous house and makes you feel at home
Couldn't rave about this place because if it could it be a 10 star. We love it. Home owners excellent and always nice clean and fresh. Everyone has to stay here as it can never be beaten xxx

Your comments are much appreciated. The house is in a wonderful location, great for peace and quiet, walking and biking yet close to all the amenities that the Island has to offer. The cleaning and management of the property is always of a high standard and they offer services from shopping, accepting food orders to organising treats. Because the house is so spacious no-one feels on top of each other. I am glad you also appreciated the facilities. I do hope that you will come again.

Great place to stay. Very relaxing
We stayed for a week in early summer. Family of 4 , including two late teens.
We walked in and our reaction was WOW......score.
The property is situated on a modern marina set approx 3 miles inland from the mouth at Cowes., an easy 10 mins drive from the East Cowes ferry terminal. Plenty of parking, cars being restricted access apart for drop off. Makes the place very quiet. The property is fully situated over the marina water , built on stilts and roadway.
Inside the property is spread over 4 floors with a kitchen diner lounge with wrap around balconies on the ground floor, a tele lounge with a fab 4 seat motorised leather settee and a huge to with Netflix etc on the 1st floor. This was a big hit with our son & daughter. 4 bedrooms on the top three floors gave a pale space , 4 bathrooms finished to a very high spec were spread over the 4 floors. We particularly loved the top,floor bedroom and its bathroom. This had a large walk in shower wet room. The views from this 4th floor,bedroom were wide and we could see as far as Cowes.
The place is incredibly quiet, save the noise from the local bird life...a pair of swans visit many times each day under the balconies for titbits, Malards and Black headed gulls .
This place can easily cope with 2 families of 4 each sharing.
The marina has a good place to eat on site , names the Breeze.worth a visit. We ate there twice and enjoyed both visits. I swooned at many of the fab boats moored in the marina.
Take bikes, there is a good flat route down to Newport then up the PD railway track to Cowes , across the ferry and down from East Cowes . Easily doable in 75 mins or so, but you will enjoy it better if you break the journey for refreshments in the quay front in Cowes.

One of the Isle of Wight’s undiscovered gem, Island Harbour, is the perfect location for a peaceful holiday.
Set in a unique, tranquil river valley Island Harbour is approximately a mile downstream of the world renowned sailing town of Cowes. Yachtsman’s Tower is a luxury self catering marina home, situated right on the waters edge. Nearby is a communal garden with children’s play area and bistro/restaurant ‘Breeze’.
Country walks and cycle tracks are all close by. Newport, the islands capital with abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants is a 30 minute riverside walk, or only a few minutes by car. Cyclists can enjoy the local tracks which are accessed close by, linking many outstanding miles over the island.
Getting around
The island is easily accessible by car and public transport. Public transport is frequent and allows you to travel the length and breadth of the island. There are many cycle paths allowing you to visit parts of the island not accessible in a car. In particular cycling along the waterways and stopping and the many public houses or points of interest is 'must do' activity for all keen cyclists and walkers alike.

Getting to the Isle of Wight is easy from either Southampton or Portsmouth. Red Funnel Ferries and Wightlink provide frequent services to the island and the property is just a short drive once on the island. Full directions sent before arrival.
