Comfortable, spacious centrally located apartment.
Isabel and Joachim welcomed us at their hotel then Joachim guided us to the apartment as we were driving and it’s quite a circuitous route! He was very friendly and informative and, although parking is difficult in Cadaques, he showed us a good place to park with easy access to the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, two bedrooms for three people so we didn’t feel crowded. We loved the terrace with views of the sea and enjoyed evening apéros there. The neighbourhood was lively and friendly, and we were close to the centre ville, once we found the simplest way down the hill! There were plenty of great places to eat within easy strolling distance, in fact Cadaques is a promenading paradise! The only downside is the internet was unreliable.

Lovely apartment
We really enjoyed our visit in this clean and nice apartment which gave us plenty of space for a family of four spending a week in cozy Cadaqués. It was near to shops, beaches and walking paths. The only thing we were missing is some better kitchen equipments, but we managed to have many lovely dinners in the house. We would strongly recommend this apartment and we would like to come back one day.

Bel appartement, très bien situé.
C’est un très bel appartement spacieux.Isabel et Johaqim nous ont très bien accueilli, sont très sympathiques et serviable. Seul le prix était élevé, mais nous nous y sommes prix au dernier moment. Je recommande ce logement.

Site magnifique
L’endroit est superbe. L’accueil est excellent. Isabel est d’une grande gentillesse. Je recommande vivement ainsi que le restaurant la Cala d’Or juste a proximité de la location. Merci à Isabel.

Very comfortable, roomy and central duplex
We were very pleased with the roomy, well furnished and comfortable accommodation over two floors. The aircon was a definite plus in the heat, and eating out on the terrace was appreciated. Isabel made us very welcome and her husband kindly gave us a lift to the bus station for a 7am departure. The accommodation is very near to the front, once you’ve worked out the best route for you (some are steeper than others), and it is in a quiet, traffic-free spot. I would definitely recommend.

Emplacement au top
Cette maison est vraiment très bien placée au coeur de Cadaquès et c'est ce que nous recherchions. Elle est très agréable à vivre et joliment rénové. Un peu cher tout de même. Les chaises de la terrasse ne sont pas super confortable et les lits un peu courts pour les grandes personnes. L'accueil de Joachim à été très agréable. On y retournera avec grand plaisir! Merci encore!

Vivement les prochaines vacances !
Tout simplement Génial ! Pour avoir déjà séjourné à Cadaquès, nous savions la difficulté à trouver un logement dans le centre, qui soit ouvert, lumineux et doté d'une terrasse donnant sur une agréable vue, le tout, dans un quartier silencieux. Isabel et son époux ont été très avenants, agréables et discrets, dès le début de nos échanges et ce jusqu'à la fin. Nous avions la chance d'avoir une place de parking à 20m de la maison (ce qui est très rare). Le duplex très lumineux est délicatement et simplement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, selon l'esprit de Cadaqués et la propreté y était irréprochable. Pour y avoir séjourné quelques jours dont un soir d'Halloween, le quartier est très calme, une belle invitation à la sieste, tout en étant à 100/150 m de la jetée centrale. Les petits déjeuner avec vue sur les toits de Cadaqués ainsi que la baie sont juste magiques. Nous y retournerons très certainement !

About the neighbourhood
The house in Cadaqués are situated 5 minutes walking from a Dal's house, and has a wonderful view of the town. Sliding doors the 'ground Floor' open out onto a terrace, witch a table for aoutside dining. There are views acroos the rooftops of Cadaqués to the mediterranean sea. The town centre, supermarkets, art galleries, shops, bakery stores, restaurants are 4 minutes walk. Nearby there are natural wonders of the Cap the Creus Natural Park, witch the lovely monastery of Saint Pere de Rodes, or visit the Marshers og the Aigumolls de L'Empordà Natural Park, Museun Dali in Figueres. Cadaqués is about 1 hour drive from the French border, and is the ideal place to visit to capture the exuberance of Catalonia and the Spanich spirit of live. It is magnificently located on the Cap de Creus (Natural Park) witch tremendous panoramic views that inspired gread artirs from Picasso to Dali. There are numerous festivals thrughout the year, and in the summer thery are the 'Festival of Music' numerous art galleries, and museums, water aports, scuba diving and numerous other activitis.
