The house is part of a private urbanization and not a tourist complex, it is quite quiet, and it is necessary to respect some basic rules of coexistence. (Do not have parties, do not make loud noises after 23:00, do not bathe in the pool, outside the allowed hours ...)

Just returned from a weeks stay, family of four generations. The apartment had everything you could wish for!! Location, facilities and cleanliness 10/10. The pool ideal for every age especially appreciated baby pool it is large and constant depth perfect for babies/toddlers and young children. Carlos and Maria so helpful and communication outstanding. We would return in heartbeat.

Excellent and spotless
Just back from a week in the villa. Carlos and Maria were so good to honour the booking I had made in 2019 they didn't have but so glad they did...the villa is gorgeous and so clean has everything you need even chairs to bring to the pool with you... supermarket cafes bars minutes away,15 walk to town €4 in taxi. Carlos and Maria were so good and very quick with answering my emails before we arrived.. would definitely go again they are the perfect hosts...

Nice relaxing holiday
When I booked my villa with carlos,he came across as a nice genuine person. We met carlos at the gate of villa where he brought us to his home. It was spotless and all essentials you needed was there the pool was a residential area. But we enjoyed it and made the most of it. Carlos made contact to us and told us about the beautiful beaches to visit, restaurants to eat at. On departure carlos came to the villa and he was happy with the villa on leaving. If I was to return to the island I would highly recommended Carlos villa to others and I will rent again.

Great Villa
The villa was greatly located near pubs, restaurants/cafes, and supermarkets away from the central. 15 minutes walk/3 minute taxi ride to the city centre. The villa itself was great, plenty of space and nicely equipped with everything needed. The kitchen included a fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, oven, hobs, kettle, other equipments and more than enough crockery.
Hairdryers were given in each bathroom and a fan to keep cool were put in each bedroom. We were also given shower towels for our stay.
The communal pool were big and enough space around to lay. The ONLY downside to it was that there were no sun loungers, so we bought inflatable lylo’s from Hiper Dino to lie on.
We would be more than happy to return to this villa in the near future, and the owners were super kind! Many thanks Carlos :)

Otra vez, muy buenas vacaciones
Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en esta casa, porque la primera vez tuvimos una grata experiencia y de nuevo ha sido un acierto.
Los propietarios son los mismos que gestionan la casa y están siempre disponibles, si hay alguna duda o problema.
Han puesto en la televisión un dispositivo para ver pelÃculas, viedeos de youtube o para los más pequeños "youtubekids".
La casa estaba limpia y hemos tenido un tiempo agradable.
Sin duda, volveremos en el futuro.

Excellent clean secure unit perfect for a family
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carlos' villa. Whilst a little cramped for more than 6 guests (only 2 bathrooms), everything was perfectly as described. It was a 10-15 minute walk onto the main street of Corralejo and a taxi was only around €3 if you don't fancy the walk. We were provided with basics in the villa such as oil and salt and the kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, dishwasher and washing machine as well as plenty of cutlery and crockery. A bonus was that the outside terrace is pretty much south facing meaning it's in the sun all day! Carlos and Maria were perfect hosts and readily available if required

Excellent villa
Beautiful spotless 4 bedroom villa. Fully equipped kitchen . Ideal for family holiday -we had children aged 11 and 13 who spent most of their time at pool although it was a little cold at this time of year.. Excellent location within walking distance of resort centre and close to restaurants and shopping centre.large pool and childrens pool which was never crowded. Highly recommended. Owner Carlos was a pleasure to deal with

Modernt hus med allt samt härligt poolområde
Mkt fräscht fullutrustat hus som har bra svensk standard. Underbart poolområde med få besökare. Det enda negativa var att det är en bit till havet. Ca 20 min promenad. Funkade bra ändå då vi hade hyrbil.

Beautiful villa and beautiful area
Thanks to Carlos and Maria we had an amazing week in Furtuventura. The villa is extremely spacious, spotlessly clean with every amenity you could ask for. Two pools where you can lay on sun beds supplied by Carlos and lovely shopping centre nearby. We will definitely come back!

Located in a good area of ​​Corralejo. 300 yards from shopping areas, restaurants. There is also a leisure area very close (500 meters) where there is a water park, paddle tennis courts, mini golf, bowling, flea market ...
Corralejo is famous for its great beaches, clear waters and golden sand.
The nearest beach is 900 meters away and the Dunes Natural Park is also within walking distance.
The route of the volcanoes starts right in front of the west side of the suite about 300 meters from the house.

How to get there
Transfer from the airport to the house.
I send you some pictures from Google Earth so you can see how to get home from the airport.(It is very simple)
There are three options to get home:
1 - By bus: take two buses, one from the airport to Puerto del Rosario (line 3) and the other from Puerto del Rosario to Corralejo (line 6).
2- Book a shuttle or private transfer
3 - By taxi: The journey from the airport to Corralejo costs € 40/45 for 4 people and it takes 40/45 minutes. (Taxis are for 7 people)
4 - The best is to rent a car (there are even with 9 seats) because there are very good prices. There are many rental companies, but I recommend you Cicar, by their prices, good treatment and because it is the most important in the island. The drive time ranges 40/45minutes.
Once in Corralejo, it is not essential the car. There are taxi and bus stops in many places, but if you want to know the island and have a better mobility, the best is to rent a car.
