The house comprises 2 floors. When you enter, the huge and charming living room meets you, the perfect place to spend a while watching the satellite TV channels and, in the winter nights, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. The Mallorcan style kitchen offers a gas stove, oven and all kitchen utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. In addition, its is open to the dining area so you can serve the dishes right there. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor there is a double bed bedroom with a walk-in closet and en en-suite bathroom with a tub apart from a toilet for the rest of the main floor. Upstairs on the upper floor you find a cosy reading room and the other three bedrooms, all of them with two twin beds, an en-suite shower bathroom and a closet. There are 5 fans available for the summer and gas central heating for the coldest months. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The house is set in a great mountain urbanisation about 5 km away from the lovely town of Valldemossa. This is a privileged spot near the charming villages that will transport you to a different era. Valldemossa features an astonishing kind of edification where all houses, churches and streets are covered by stone. The centre offers supermarkets, bars and bakeries and you cannot leave without trying the famous 'coca de patata', a kind of brioche made of potatoes that you must try with hot chocolate. As the town is in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range, the mountain transforms into dream-like beaches and coves just a few km away, like the one in Port de Canonge about 11 km away or the one in Port de Valldemossa among many others. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There's covered parking space for 2 cars, but the garage is not accessible. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
