The kitchen has a ceramic hob stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave oven and a washing mashine. Nextdoor to the kitchen there is a living-dining-room with a fireplace. There is central heating, SAT TV and Wifi. The typically mediterranean garden includes lemon trees and rosemary bushes. The swimmingpool measures 5 x 10 mts and is surrounded by numerous easy-chairs, loungers and umbrellas to sunbathe and relax. Near the swimmingpool there is a roofed terrace with a barbecue to enjoy meals al-fresco.
