Awesome rental from an awesome couple. Everything was as described and nothing else is needed. April was always on top of questions and made the check in/out process as simple as I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Awesome house on a beautiful island. Property owner communication was second to none and they were a great resource while there for any questions we had about Spanish Wells. Highly recommended place to stay.

Very clean, well appointed cottage on Spanish Wells. April was very easy to reach for anything we needed during our stay, and was ready to pitch in and help us when our return travel plans got iffy due to stormy weather. We'd definitely book again when we return to Spanish Wells!

This was my 6th time visiting Spanish Wells and renting from Tyson and April Newbold. It just gets better each time. The house was a perfect lay out and well stocked with everything and more than we needed. You can see the beach from the front porch! Excellent communication with owners whenever we had questions about anything,. The only thing I could possibly recommend for this property is a clothes dresser in the bedroom. Other than that it was another absolute perfect trip and I can't wait to come back next year!! Thank you Newbold's for everything. Much love from Ky !

We really enjoyed our stay on Spanish Wells! The house is the perfect size and right around the corner from a very quiet beach! The beds were very comfortable and homeowners were very responsive to our questions and helping us navigate to and from house plus getting required Covid test to return home.

Everything about this property was great for our family. The beds were super comfy and April was great to work with. Spanish Wells is amazing and the beach is beautiful. The morning and evening walks along the beach were so relaxing. Our charter with Tyman Charters was so much fun. Captain Ruben is the best and made our day. Thanks for everything April and Tyson.

Absolutely beautiful house, nicely decorated in a small neighborhood setting. The host was friendly, accommodating and responsive. 2 minute walk to endless secluded beach. Best place I've ever stayed in the Bahamas. Come here and you wont regret it!

We had a great time in Spanish Wells. April was a pleasure to work with and responded to all of our needs. I would highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back.
