This is our second time staying at this rental. It is just perfect. Tucked away from Main Street with a public access to the beach that feels private since it's so tucked away. We took our teen boys and a few friends of our Sr graduating boy. They never stopped smiling. It was a joy to see them feel so comfortable with the home, the island, the natural beauty and the people. Sherwin was so attentive to help us with so many bags on the way in and out! And the house was so impeccably clean that the boys didn't flinch when I had them sweep up a couple of times. Perfect amount of beach toys for them and really convenient that they could take them out of the garage and not have to jaunt through the house. So convenient to have such a well stocked kitchen for the nights you don't feel like seeing anyone and yet central enough to pass by Papa Scoops after eating out! If you're sitting at the table for breakfast or dinner keep your eyes on the beautiful pink flowers just outside the door you will see more than one hummingbird come for breakfast and dinner. We also got to enjoy the church fair next door, and they were kind enough to let our boys play basketball on days the fair wasn't up. Such a wonderful close nit neighborhood feel. Truly relaxing as a parent knowing your kids are safe to roam. We will be seeing Sherwin many more times I'm sure <3

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here with our two young children. Just a two minute walk to the most beautiful beach, it was everything we could’ve hoped for. Sherwin was an excellent host and we would absolutely stay here again. We made good use of the beach chairs, beach toys, and there are even bikes and a kayak. Rooms were very comfortable and the location was excellent.

Sherwin is an excellent host and you can tell takes great pride in his property. The house is very spacious, has a great deck with view of the ocean and is a short walk over the dunes to SW’s beautiful beach. There were only 3 of us, but this house with it’s 4 bedrooms and large common areas can definitely accommodate a much larger group.

Sherwin is a wonderful host! So helpful! The home comes with everything needed for a relaxing beach getaway! Private beach access is a very short walk from the home. Able to see the ocean from 2 bedrooms and feel the ocean air. We enjoyed use of the kayak, bikes, beach cairs, beach towels and beach toys! Very clean!! Well taken care of home. We all (including our 2.5 yr old) enjoyed reading a book from the book shelf in bedroom near the garage. Was a wonderful stay. Would definitely go again! Thankyou Sherwin!!!

All the great reviews were accurate. Great location and enjoyable, relaxing home. Sherwin was very responsive and helpful with coordinating getting there and back to the airport. The beach nearby is gorgeous with some of the softest sand I have ever felt.

This house is great! Although it is not on the beach, the views from the porch is amazing and it is perfect to lay out on during a windy day. Spacious kitchen and living room, and 4 bedrooms. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and a quick buggy ride to anywhere on the island! Sherwin is a fantastic host! We cannot wait for our next stay in March!

Wonderful Wonderful wonderful! First and foremost pictures do not do justice to how actually amazing this property is. Super clean, all the extras in the kitchen. We had a family of 6, 3 teens and one 10 year old. Plenty of space through out. The beach is a 2 minute walk, down a gorgeous little path full of flowers and palm trees. There was everything in the garage you could want at the beach. The jewel of this place is the people! Sherwin was amazing and helpful in so many way! Spanish Wells does not disappoint! Excellent food and yummies a couple doors down with the sweetest people. Everything you could want in a vacation rental. 10 Stars!

There were 2 families traveling together…home is in great location. Short walk to beach and close to grocery store. Sherwin was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Loved the Spanish Wells community and hope to return again.

We spent a fantastic week at SeeSea! House is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for a great beach holiday. The kayak and bikes were a huge plus! Short walk to watch the sunrise on the beach was my personal favorite. Sherwin is a great host - prompt communications and ensuring our stay was a great one.
