My family and I enjoyed all 11 days during our stay at tippys cottage! The house was so well stocked with everything you would need, they even had a pack n play for our son. Audrey was very helpful during our stay with anything we needed. The beach at the end of the road was beautiful! We absolutely loved the island and our time there and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing vacation. The house had everything we needed for the week. It was so cozy and nicely decorated. Audrey was so friendly and helpful during our stay. She knows everything about the islands and tours. We would love to go back again!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Tippys cottage in April. The house was wonderful it had everything you could ask for. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the beach was close! My son used to kayak every day to explore.

The cottage is exactly as pictured and even better! Literally everything we could possibly need was in the cottage. And the place is even cozier and more comfortable than the pictures show. And the short walk to the almost completely private beach made the trip! Audrey was wonderful and always at the ready to answer questions or make our stay even better. She arranged for the golf carts and a boat trip with Uncle Rob to go snorkeling, swim with turtle and pigs. He even had a cookie cake on board for my birthday! This trip and the cottage was a dream come true and the most amazing birthday I've ever had. This island and the cottage are the perfect combination of the comforts of home and a vacation that feels like you're on your own private island. Can't wait to come back to Tippy's!!

Everything about this home was awesome! From the communication with the owner, the location, the well supplied home, and the awesome caretaker, Audrey. All messages with Gail were answered quickly with accurate information. Audrey was great! she met us on the dock with loads of information and drove us the "long" way to the house so that she could point out things along the way. She was there if we needed her but never intrusive. She set up all the transportation to and from the airport, gave suggestions for our day on Eleuthera, and for restaurants on SW. Home was well stocked with everything we needed during the week. It was clean and comfortable. If we return to SW, we will look to stay here again!

We visited Spanish Wells for a day trip last year and fell in love. We booked Tippy’s sight unseen because it had great pictures, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and was near a beach. What we got was perfection! This house had everything we could need and more! From an extremely well equipped kitchen, to beach towels & chairs, to really comfortable beds, Tippy’s had everything. But the very best was the property manager, Audrey. Her thoughtfulness was amazing! After losing some luggage, we arrived tired and hungry. She arranged for us to be picked up at the airport by Kelvin, who got us to his boat and we were met at the dock by Audrey. She got us to Tippy’s and had her world class pumpkin bread waiting with beverages! We have spent a lot of time traveling looking for that perfect spot and we are so grateful we found it in Tippy’s!

We were delayed due to ice storms and Covid, could not say anything other than Gail was a wonderful host, Thank you and we will look forward to arriving next January

Very well maintained property with all amenities and well stocked with beach gear, kayaks, paddle board, etc. Great location, only steps away from the beach (~100'), and with excellent ocean views and breeze. Be sure to keep an eye out for the resident Manatees, one of which visited with us for 45 mins, looking for belly rubs, it was quite an experience, and was one of the highlights for our daughters. Can't say enough about both the owner and host (Audrey), who were very helpful with trip planning and during our stay. Audrey provided insight on the property, places to go, see, and eat, and she was able to arrange for us (within 15 mins) a car rental and day trip to the main island (Eleunthera), which is a must if you like some adventure and sight seeing (Sapphire Blue Hole, Preacher's Cave, Glass Window, and Queens Bath). We had a great experience overall and would not hesitate to recommend Tippy's Cottage, we are already looking to plan our return trip.

Tippy's Cottage was exactly as pictured and described! It is cute, quaint, and cozy. The ease of the transaction from reserving the house to the interactions with the caretaker Audrey (she really is as great as everyone said) were smooth as can be. Spanish Wells/Russell Island did not disappoint! We squeezed as much as we could into our short stay (4 nights, 5 days) but feel we got a true taste of the area! All restaurants we tried were great, no complaints, I don't think you can go wrong anywhere. Golf carting around the island, fun in itself! We had a great day on the water with Captain Brent and the best turtle experience (ever), a day off island to explore the beautiful beaches of Eleuthera (definitely worth it) and a surprise and up close encounter with Calypso, the manatee under the bridge. What a hidden gem this cottage was, and a great getaway for all! We would love to go back and definitely recommend this rental!

The house is perfect! Exactly like the listing and has a very cozy beach vibe. The setup was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and Marsha was so helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
