This was our first trip to Spanish Wells and we'll definitely be back! Four families rented 4 different homes on the island and this one stood out as many in our group's favorite. (It was definitely ours!) Wonderful, open living spaces; positioned above the dunes for great views; and well thought out for families. (Three of our kids shared the upstairs bedroom and they LOVED the nooks!) There was a really nice breeze all week while we were there and we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting on the porch or opening the windows and enjoying the great indoor/outdoor space. Great communication from the owners and Johnny, and we really enjoyed and appreciated Johnny's suggestions for things to do/things to see/etc. One of our favorite vacations in a long time.....and we've done quite a bit of traveling!

This beautiful home was perfect for our Spanish Wells family vacation. The bedrooms feel very private and the common areas have enough room for everyone to gather. The house was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Would definitely book here again.

A beautiful place to visit. The house was great with everything we needed and that view.... WOW! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Spanish Wells as a destination. Our group will definitely return to this lovely home by the sea.

Johnny and Nancy made the visit worry free. They arranged our taxis arriving and departing and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was as pictured and nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the grocery store was very close by. We made good use of the floats and kayak. If there were rain showers we could still sit outside on the partially covered porch. Very easy walk to the beach and sand bar and an easy beach to exercise on. Overall we would highly recommend this property and the nice people that maintain it!

This property is pure paradise. Spacious with a beautiful view & well-stocked! Check-in and out was as simplistic as you will find. Private beach access, beautiful decor and a comfortable setup was more than we could have asked for. The pics online don't give the view justice. We bbq and had a great time enjoying the deck. EXCELLENT proximity to everything on the island.

The property is located at the end of drive, providing a great deal of privacy and easy access to the beach. It has a very comfortable layout with a large partially covered deck facing the ocean. Loved it and didn't want to leave.

Great house, great location. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our visit. Both the owner and property manager were responsive and helpful. The house was well equipped and the beach was amazing!
