Love this place! This was our second time visiting and I already can’t wait to come back.

The view of the beautiful water from the back porch is absolutely stunning. We spent a lot of time sitting there and admiring the view. The house and cottage had everything we could ever need - a perfect size for our party of 6 adults and 6 children. The ropes and swing in the kids' area (2nd floor) gave the kids lots of exercise and entertainment. Just steps from the house provides an amazing adventure. During low tide in the afternoon, part of the sand bar would appear and we could find star fish, conch shells, and other sea life - in the crystal clear water. When the water currents along the sand bar provide the most perfect ripples of clear water moving in all different directions around my feet, I have to ask myself - is this heaven or earth? Johnny and Nancy (caretakers) are lovely people and were very helpful with anything that we needed. Transportation to and from airport was much easier than expected. Despite three modes of transportation (taxi, water taxi, golf cart) - it only adds up to about 30 minutes from the airport. Joe Brandon (owner) was incredibly informative and helpful. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance or a short golf cart ride. Sandbar and Shipyard restaurants were fabulous places to enjoy a view and good food. Papa Scoops (local ice cream stand) was our favorite and our whole group looked forward to our nightly ice cream treat. Spanish Wells is another world and we feel grateful to have experienced this unique village. We will be back for more visits to Palm 22.

This is our second stay at Palm22, and it was just as perfect as our first one. Joe is a great host and made great recommendations for charters and places to eat.

Just a magical house on a magical beach. From the 4 year old to the 75 year old and everyone between, everyone was delighted, and even after 9 days, no one was ready to leave. Our second visit, and it was even better than the first.

The property is as chill as the island, we loved everything. Joe did an excellent job with communicating logistics. Johnny was reliable and a good resource and I do hope he gets on that kite surfer soon. Enjoyed eating at Sandbar, Wrecker's, the Johnny Cake breakfast at Eagle's Landing and of course at home in Palm 22's kitchen! See you again

Simply Outstanding! With 80+ five star reviews, I was still blown away. This property is situated 50 feet from one of the most beautiful soft sand beaches you will find anywhere in the Caribbean. The laid back island is filled with wonderful local people and has everything you need. What makes this property so special is the owner and the people he connects you to on the island. Johnny and Nancy are the caretakers on Spanish Wells, they are very knowledgeable and great people. From taxi transfers to ferries, everything was set up, it was flawless! I highly recommend Bruno at Underwood Charters, we took a half day boat trip to see the pigs, snorkel and take in the islands, it was amazing. The house is just what you need, the back porch and the view of the bay, best morning coffee view!! Highly recommend this VRBO, good luck booking, it is considered one of the best rental homes on the island.

Our stay was wonderful. The beach is the highlight, and it will not disappoint. The little details in the house were a delight.

What a pristine spot on the beautiful beach. Our family had a wonderful time on vacation. The house is located perfectly with the prettiest spot on the beach. You can walk out super far in crystal clear water on low tide. House is kid friendly with the swing, ropes and bunkbeds that my kids loved. We all took to the outdoor shower which was super convenient. The back yard is a little oasis with the hammock, palm trees, and corn hole boards! There were a bunch of floats to use and kayaks we all used. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. The house manager was super helpful as well. We did a boat excursion with Underwood Charters that I would highly recommend. We also rented a golf cart that was super helpful to get around. I would definitely recommend renting Palms 22.

We had a wonderful time at Palm 22. The location was perfect, the beach for a front yard. The water and sandbar right out front was the best I’ve ever seen. People are friendly, island is safe, the owner and caretakers could not have been better! What’s not to love? We will return!

We have a large family, this property was perfect! The owner was amazing with working with us. We had to postpone the original trip. He also worked with us on our dates as we got closer to accommodate our flights. Checking in was easy and pleasant. The house itself is amazing and located on the beach. We had an amazing week of relaxing in the sun and sand. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!!
