We had a great stay at this house. The house was a great size for two families and the location was perfect - quiet, low-key, safe and family friendly. The view was gorgeous from the decks, and the beach is right there! The hosts were helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this house and location, and we hope to be back soon!

We loved this house! It is spacious and clean and we would absolutely stay here again. The bedroom/bathroom situation worked out perfectly for our family with 3 adults and 1 toddler but you could definitely be very comfortable with a larger crew as well. It’s stocked with everything you might need including all the little things like extra bug spray, beach towels, floats, etc. My husband loved having access to the toys (especially the Hobie Cat) and we enjoyed using the kayaks one day. I loved having my coffee out on the master balcony with the amazing view and it also is in a great spot to watch the beautiful sunsets. This section of beach is really private and we often had it to ourselves. Jodi and Tara were so responsive and sweet and we also enjoyed our charter excursion through them (Captain Kid & Sons). We actually went out twice! Highly recommend!!

We have been visiting Summer Sunset for six years and absolutely love this bit of paradise. Jody and Tara are amazing hosts, are easy to work with and great at communicating. Tara's pie or muffins are always a special treat when we arrive! The cottage is spotlessly clean with everything you would need for your stay. Jody and Tara keep the grounds and cottages maintained and updated with new beach chairs, appliances and daily yard and beach cleanup. We couldn't ask for a better experience! Highly recommend!

Jody and Tara are wonderful hosts. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had prior to booking, prior to travel and during our stay. The property is just as pictured and in the perfect location. So many well thought out amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again! All of their nearby properties looked lovely too!

Our stay at Sunset was wonderful. The house was great and well maintained. Jody was great with helping us with anything we needed during our stay. We love this island.

Can't top the experience of staying at Summer Sunset in friendly Spanish Wells. The house is large and roomy for friends and family. We had a vov renewal and it accommodated everyone. Jody and Tara went above and beyond in helping us organize the day. The boat trips with Jody and Captain Todd always make memories. We don't even want to go anywhere else anymore!

Summer Sunset was everything and more than we expected. We loved the house, everything in it, the views and closeness to the beach. It had lots of space, the best cooking utensils, spices, a grill, hot water to last for 5 people showering back to back, ductless a.c units in every room, TV's in every room and more than enough beach and bath towels. My one and only suggestion would be to get a water cooler for the 5 gallon bottles (probably because we have one at home and it is just so much more convenient for children to get their own water to drink). Thank you Jody and Tara - we will definitely be back.

Home, location, service and a golf cart to explore this vacation exceeded all expectations and we can’t wait to return. We were so lucky to be able to add a charter with Captain Jody to see and feed swimming pigs and sea turtles of every size. Thank you so much for all you did to make this vacation perfect!
