This was an amazing experience all around. The property is beautiful and impeccably kept. The location is excellent right on a beautiful beach. The beach is well appointed with loungers, chairs, a hammock, picnic table, lights and shade. Floating dock was a nice touch. We enjoyed the deck and outside showers more than we thought we would. The owners have thought of every detail and then some. They have added many nice touches. They are extremely attentive and responsive. Check in and check out were a pleasant experience. Tara met us at the dock and helped transport us and our luggage to the house and got us all settled in. She and Jodi also picked us up on the way out and took us to the dock. They helped arrange airport pick and drop off for us as well. This was an outstanding stay. We would not change a thing. We cannot wait to stay there again as soon as we can.

This home was perfect! The A/C was superb (which is important to this hot-natured family); check-in/out was a breeze; amenities were excellent; and the location truly could not have been better! On top of all that, the hosts were very responsive all along the way, and they were so helpful in coordinating our transfers to and from the airport - it couldn't have been easier!

Our beachfront cottage was perfect for our first stay on Spanish Wells! The cottage was well equipped with linens and cookware. We loved the concierge service provided by Jody in setting up transportation from and to the airport. Absolutely great location and amazingly beautiful view! We loved our stay!

Our family had a wonderful experience staying here and definitely going to book another trip in the future here. Jody and his wife were so accommodating to our needs and we couldn’t thank them enough for how much fun we had especially with our 2 young boys under 3. Transportation from the airport to the Vrbo was spot on, no waiting or issues finding our taxi or ferry. The house was clean, right on the beach, had a golf cart to get everywhere on the island, the view was perfect, and the pink sand beach you couldn’t describe how perfect it was.

I can't see myself risking trying out another property on the island. This place is perfect. The A/C is great, the amenities (kayaks, paddleboard, grill, golf cart, etc) are nice, the checkout is simple, the spaces are generous, and the location is as good as it gets. Highly recommend.

Absolutely a perfect vacation experience! Great hosts! We will be back!

The little bits of memory, those special moments that happened on this trip, we hope to hold onto those for a lifetime. Four our family of four, two adults and twin twelve-year-olds, this was one of our top three family vacations. The boat excursions we experienced were fantastic, but the exposure to wildlife just off the beach was incredible. Walking the sand bars off the beach in ankle deep water, or kayaking the afternoon, drifting over conch shells and starfish... We will be back, as this island and its inhabitants are special. As part of our real estate business, I spent part of my career walking into hotel rooms to assess cleanliness and the attention to detail inside and outside of this property really made my day. It was obvious to me the persons that designed, constructed, and managed this property knew what they were doing. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. The location was amazing, the hosts were incredible and helped us with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, it was paradise! We enjoyed exploring the island on the golf cart and had two great boat trips with Captain Kid and Son charters. Sunrise and sunset, walks on the beach, swimming, relaxing on the porch... it truly was the beach vacation we all hoped for!

What a great week in Spanish Wells. The house had everything we needed, including all the beach toys and chairs. Wonderful location right in the center of North Beach. Food Fair grocery store and COVID testing a quick golf car drive away. Our hosts Tara and Jody were amazing, bringing us Valentines treats! Hope to return soon.

My husband and I stayed in this rental alone as our other two guests could not make the trip due to Covid. The property is beautiful and well kept. The owners provide plenty of kayaks, beach chairs, and beach equipment. They were very responsive, but we didn't want for much as all we needed was already provided!
