location very nice. Cute home decor, well furnished and equipped. Nice patio. Needs a good cleaning though : very dusty under all furniture, a lot of animal hairs on sofas, cushions and carpets, dishes not so clean upon arrival , dirty and stinky fridge , moldy shower curtain. We enjoyed Colchester point but would not rent this cottage again.

We have stayed at many New England properties and never have we stayed at a cleaner, nicer decorated and well-stocked cottage. The owners have thought of everything you would need in the kitchen. They were readily available to answer any questions before and during our stay. The kayak and stand-up paddle boards were a great bonus. The cottage has views from the front and back of the property. The lake is perfect temperature and shallow water for young families. The location is great for biking. We biked in to Burlington almost every day and we biked to North Hero via the causeway located behind the property. I hope to stay here again next year!

A gorgeous getaway! Beautiful views from in the cottage and outside on the porch or lawn. Comfortable open living area and kitchen well equipped! Easy access to sandy beach. A wonderful spot!

This is a true beach gem on Colchester Point. Our family has had such fun paddle boarding, playing in the waves, eating smores, bike riding on the causeway, berry picking...the list goes on! A very simple layout and a bright, cheery interior make for a relaxing time near the water and it doesn't hurt that the owners are super friendly! We are having a blast!!
