This property has by far been our best VRBO rental ever. The entire home is beautiful, neat and very clean. It also had all of the amenities one might need. The kitchen had about every utensil or cookware you might want or need. It was like being in our own home. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. If you are 60+ and like traditional decor plus a nice quiet location, this is the place to stay. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, this was a 12.

House was very spacious, beautiful view wish it has a firepit . The grill needs to be updated never got supper hot. Wish we could have gotten in earlier and check out later like hotels give you. I would rent this house again.

This house has spectacular views of the lake. Waking up in the morning and seeing the lake through the windows never got old. Close to Burlington if you're looking for good places to eat & drink as well.

This place is beautiful. We stayed in April, and even though it was chilly, it was gorgeous. We loved sitting out on the deck with coffee and blankets. The house is stunning inside and out. It is also very clean. Burlington is close by with tons of fun activities. We also made the mistake of getting locked out! Vacasa was very responsive and helped us fix our situation quickly. I would love to go back here during the summer to enjoy the beach more.

The house was fully equipped with everything we needed to host a holiday meal for our extended family. We were three generations enjoying VT and all felt so comfortable and happy in the home! Great place !!

House was every bit as impressive as its listing and then some. Very clean, and well maintained, did not feel or look like a rental property at all. It was very cold and windy while we we there, and the house was comfortable with no drafts at all. Only complaint was that some of the outside lights didn't work...but I am guessing that was by design as there are numerous signs to turn off the outside lights by 10pm as to not bother the neighbors.

Perfect large house, perfect for all my friends and myself. Beautiful views of Lake Champlain.

What we loved most of all was the location right on the lake. The first day was beautiful and so we saw the most beautiful sunset. The rest of the time was rainy but it was still very beautiful. <br /> The house was clean and comfortable. The deck was great. Unfortunately, as it was late October and cold, we weren’t able to take advantage of it. Probably my only suggestion would be to put some comfy chairs in the bedrooms. We’d love to come back again.

Overall, this is a sizeable and verysharable property whose main strength is that it sits on its own beach looking across Lake Champlain. Weather allowing, it has amazing views of across the lake. We were two couples and we had adequate room to spread out. It had a desirable homey feeling. Kitchen was well-appointed so that we could prepare many of our own meals. The home is located about 20 minutes from downtown Burlington and about the same from the Burlington Int. Airport. There are numerous small towns and sites in reasonable driving distance from the home. The Shelburne Museum was temporarily closed during our stay, a disappointment, but we did get to see the beautiful Shelburne barn.

This house is nicely situated on Lake Champlain in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a nice deck, and a sunroom for colder days, both overlooking the lake. Burlington is a 10 minute drive. I also recommend a trip to Winooski and Waterworks restaurant.
