This community is just outside the center of Port Aransas. It offers a fabulous slope entry pool, close to many of the restaurants, bars and shops that Port Aransas has to offer. One bedroom has a king. The second bedroom has a queen. There is a full size futon in the livingroom. There are two full baths and the kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The colorful decor and exterior are a perfect compliment to a wonderful weekend or week in this condo. The condo offers 3 TV's along with wireless internet. This unit is pet friendly and smoking is not permitted. There is parking for two cars. Come, Relax and Enjoy!! Pet fees are an additional $10.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.

Lovely, quaint, enjoyable
We had such a nice stay in this quiet, family oriented cottage. There was plenty of room for our group of 4, everything we needed was provided. The entire unit has been updated, with comfortable mattresses, lots of room, clean and cute, highly recommend!

Poorly equipped.
The kitchen appeared to be kitted out with the cheapest of cast off tableware. The only thing that was in good shape was a couple of pots and some plates. There was no knives that could be used to cook. The unit was clean but the mattresses need to be returned to Goodwill. None were comfortable and the one on the futon was so thin you could feel the slats through it. The master for some reason had a queen instead of a king size bed that felt more like a hammock. You had to provide your own coffee filters which is absolutely ridiculous. No good host leaves their guest hunting a cup of coffee on their first morning after an uncomfortable night.

A home away from home
Very nice place, clean & relaxing. The pool was within steps from the condo. The landscaping was beautiful. Overall...would definitely stay here again!

Will Stay Again
Charming, very tastefully decorated, clean. All the amenities of home. Loved the property and loved the pool. We would like to see a grill for the cottage next time.

Labor Day in Port A
Everything about this conda was really cute however the beds (both of them) were so saggy and lumpy it almost ruined the trip since our backs were so sore after sleeping that it affected the next day. The owner needs to replace the beds in this condo.

Love This Place
This is the second time that we have stayed here and I love this place. It is different from what you think of when you think of a condo. It is one floor and a group of condos very close together. But it works. There is a little fenced in area between each building where you can grill and the kids can play safely. There is a pool for all of the residents to share. The condo is beautiful, nicely decorated, very clean and has all of the extras. It is also huge. You can go into your bedroom if you want some privacy. It is close to everything including the beach. The only problem that we had was the shower handle in one of the bedrooms broke. This happened during both stays. However, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Disappointed
Arrived sun called 4times tv did not work, repaired Monday afternoon. The bed in master was terrible , no support and would roll to center. For price paid was very disappointed .

beach weekend
The home was nice - good layout, clean, cute. Need to put some hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Nice little private patio. The community is super cute with nice pools. Our shower did not work but they sent a plumber out as soon as I called and he was able to fix it. I loved Port A and would definitely recommend it over Corpus - very touristy with all dining and shopping conveniently close.

Pirates Bay - Shangri La la PB121
We stayed in a different unit last year in Pirates Bay and liked it. However we did not like PB121 Shangri La la and would not recommend it. We prefer King size beds and the mattresses were not firm and you roll to the middle. This unit has no outside shower which we wanted. The TV in this unit is very old and one side the color is out because everyone is purple. You have to disconnect the cable to run DVD's and we had to put batteries into the DVD remote to make it work. The wireless Internet did not work in this unit either. There was no hot water in the sinks in the master either.
