This was a very nice house. Lots of room. Worked out well for us.
Only 2 issues. Lake was way down. (Not owners fault at all)
A/C in master did not work. Property manager was prompt and tried to get it fixed but it needed a part that was not available. So we tolerated it.
Very good communication with property manager. We did not have enough towels and she promptly brought some.

Beautiful home! With plenty of space for a big family! We had a family reunion and it was amazing! There are a few things that need work. The master bathroom has no blinds or curtains and you can see EVERYTHING from outside. When we arrived the floors were dirty and there were dead bugs everywhere. One of the fridges didn’t work (not a big deal there were 3 total) however it smelled really bad!! Also the kitchen is upstairs and although there is an elevator, it was locked so carrying a lot of groceries for a big family for 4 days took a long time. Other than that it was an amazing stay!

We stayed at the Viviane for 3 nights in August. Upon arrival we were very pleased with the house. The online description and pictures were very accurate. The house is very spacious and accommodated our group of 21 very nicely. The game room area downstairs is a huge plus and gave us plenty of room to spread out and not feel over crowded. Two very big and comfortable sectional couches in the main living area offered ample seating for everyone! All of the bedrooms are very large with the exception of the bunk room. The inside of the house was clean but the outside tables and porch areas were neglected. The biggest issues with the house were with the master bedroom and bathroom. The a/c was not working at all in the master bedroom and made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We promptly reached out to the property manager and they were very slow to respond. They did send an a/c technician out to service it but he did not fix the problem and the a/c in the master bedroom did not work for the rest of our stay. The property manager was very kind and offered us compensation for our trouble. Another HUGE issue is there are NO blinds or curtains of any kind in the master bathroom. There is a CLEAR view of everything inside the master bathroom from the front of the house and driveway. No way to “hide” from being seen outside when trying to shower.
