We have booked this home for the last 3 years for our annual float trip. It is the perfect house for our group and the owners are so very nice and responsive. Never any issues.

2nd time guests
Hosts make it so simple. Just a perfect house to float the river. Fits 10 comfortably. Everything is provided and if you do happen to forget something there is a Walmart near by. We will absolutely be returning and recommend this place to everyone

River trip
Had an amazing time, the location was great and was very pleased with all the accessories there. Stefnee was very responsive and helped with any issues. Will definitely come back again!

Pictures don't do it justice
Gave accuracy of listing 4/5 only because the pictures don't do this place justice. This place is amazing and it's just down the road from Texas State Tubes. The rooms are much larger than they look in the photos.

River Adventure Weekend
Very easy check-in and quick response from owner. GREAT location within walking distance of tube rentals with an extra discount on tubes included. Pool table and fuse ball were a plus. Huge backyard with shade was excellent for grilling out.
