The place is the perfect spot for an active large family vacation retreat. The house , the site, the river all complement each other making this spot magical.
*We for booked next year in the driveway as soon as we headed for home.

The house was great for our large family get together. It is a quiet area with beautiful riverfront- (and peacocks!)
Kids loved the basketball, tennis, and pickle ball. Adults loved the large screened porch and well stocked, convenient kitchen. We all did the short float trip several times from the nearby park to the house. Plenty of tubes to go around. We definitely plan to come back in the future.

I stayed here with a large group of friends for our annual reunion. We found the property to be gorgeous and really well-suited to our needs. The house was very well equipped for playing tennis/pickleball, floating in the river (lots of tubes), and cooking meals. Even with a large group the house was quiet and serene in private spaces. The river, while relatively shallow was a beautiful place to cool off on very hot afternoons. We very rarely felt the need to leave the house as it was such a perfect place to have a full and fun weekend.

Fabulous place to treat my office staff and their families for all their hard work. It was nice, clean and fully stocked. Had everything we needed for river fun. Each family had their own room. Property and river was perfect.

This is my second time renting this property for my group's annual event and it was even better the second time around. Great place, location, and very spacious. Perfect for a group with the screened patio and everything outside by the river. Really appreciated the communication with the owner and we can't wait to rent the property next year!

Pure awesomeness
Just a beautiful, fully loaded and just plain perfect place for a large gathering of family. We cooked , floated the river and relaxed together. This house is so spacious and the pictures are true to reality. Worth every penny!
