This stay is in cute neighborhood of Montrose. Lots of restaurants nearby and near museums. Clean and nicely maintained and decorated. Small space but still has everything you need. I’d highly recommend and would stay here again :)

Denise & Jack’s loft apartment was perfect for my wife and I. We visited Houston for the first time and this apartment provided all the comforts necessary to make our stay comfortable. When we arrived, we were able to actually meet the hosts. They were extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming. The apartment itself was clean, organized, everything was in working condition. The bed was very comfortable to provide a good night’s sleep, and the dressers provided a place to store our things. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with any forgotten toiletries. The kitchenette was perfect for us, although we did not cook anything during our stay. The cupboards and refrigerator were also well stocked and we were told that we were welcome to whatever was there from coffee to snacks. Aside from the space not being overly spacious, which was not an issue for the two of us, I think anyone would agree that this rental is ideal for a couple’s laid back getaway. I would absolutely rent again. Thank you again Denise and Jack!

This was the third time I stayed at this wonderful apartment. Great location to restaurants bars, entertainment. Also extremely close to MD Anderson Cancer Center. Approximately 2.5 miles. Denise and Jack are awesome host. They put the super in superhost. I encourage everyone to try this VRBO. I will be back!!! Todd .

I loved this place. Jack and Denise were very kind and very helpful with anything I had questions about. I was traveling alone and I felt very safe. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful. The place is very clean and neat. They had food in the fridge in case I was hungry so that was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Houston, I would definitely stay in this place. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you both for everything!

Adorable is correct! And the hosts are always delightful, happy, and very accommodating; the location is walking distance to a great trendy breakfast spot; the apartment is a short Uber to anywhere in Montrose. Quite perfect for a single's or couples' needs.

This is a cute hideaway just big enough for one person in a great, quiet neighborhood. The host is an absolute sweetheart and has made this the type of place where you could show up with just the clothes on your back and you’d have everything you need - from toiletries to a really well stocked kitchen and fridge. The towels are thick, the bed is very comfortable, and the cotton sheets are so much nicer for anyone who’s experienced any stage of menopause.
The air conditioner works very well, the spacious deck’s decor, plants, and lights has a great Key West vibe. It was a lovely stay!
