This remodeled/updated 1 bedroom vacation condo has a great view of the gulf and the tropical pool area located in the center of the resort. It is located on the 3rd (top) floor. This condo is quite luxurious! We have furnished it with state of the art TV's and appliances. 55' LED TV in the living room and the LED TV in the bedroom. New stainless steel custom appliances including dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and other utensil...

A home away from home.
Very comfortable, well stocked, and easy beach access. Plenty of electric outlets, too! Lots of eateries and grocery close by.

Good family vacation
Very nice and clean rental with many dishes, utensils, and supplies included. Appliances all nice and worked well. The balcony overlooks the pool and there is a view of the gulf. You can use the nearby crosswalk to cross Seawall Boulevard to the beach.

Well kept, great pools and location, owner responsive
The condos look a little dusty from the parking area, but walking into the unit it was immediately apparent that the owner cares about his property and takes great care of it. It is really nice - updated, immaculate, and has all kinds of extras - filters for the coffee pot, oil to cook with, and sugar/Sweet and Low, a spice rack etc. All the interior details go together and you really feel at home. The bed linens are nice quality and soft. I couldn't figure out the wifi and BluRay and had to call the owner, he responded immediately and was very patient and helpful and got me set up. I would definitely rent from him again. The pools here are great!! The Waterfall one that the unit looks down on has a deep end of 5+ft, the other one has shallow incline for little kids and a great Rain Mushroom thing in the pool that the kids loved. Also, there is a security guard at night that watches who comes in the gates. He clears out the pools at 10p nightly so there are no raucous pool parties. And PS - the door lock is digital and it was GREAT not having to keep up with a key/card in the ocean. There's also a locking safe -

Great unit, fantastic view and close to many events and/or local sites.
Centrally located/close to Gulf, events and other sights. Exceptionally clean/up-to-date. Beautiful pool. Unit overlooked pool AND the Gulf.

Great place, great price!
We just returned home today from this amazing condo and we were sad to say goodbye. My husband was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived and he kept telling me how I picked the perfect place. I absolutely loved it myself as well and our 8 month old son did so well there. There was absolutely nothing for him to get into. This condo had a balcony that faced the ocean and the wonderful heated pool which was an added bonus. You could walk all along the seawall blv. and there was Wal-Mart right next door. There were bike rentals close by and many places to eat all within walking distance. We were thrilled that we could walk across the street and dip our toes in the ocean. You will not be disappointed. We were able to get groceries and save by preparing our food at the condo and all three of us took advantage of the heated pool which was never very busy during our stay. Not needing a key either was genius!

Luxury on the Beach.
Great place and location. Felt like we took the best comforts from home and brought them to the condo. Great 3D TV and movie selection and even though we didn't use the kitchen, appreciate the updated appliances. Condo was away from the noise and very quiet. Highly recommend for anyone with small family.

Excellent Condo
Excellent condo in Galveston. The pictures and description of this condo are spot on. This is a very luxurious condo that is completely updated. It has all the amenities you would need and more. We had an excellent vacation and would definitely book with Randy again if we come back to the area. We've booked many other condos and this was by far the best!

Great place
This condo was well maintained, remodeled and had everything you need. It has a great view, the pool was warm and perfect for families. The beach, restaurants, and yogurt shops are within walking distance. This is the place to stay!

Excellent choice
Condo was everything we expected it to be. Owner was quick to answer questions by text making our stay even better. Everything we needed was in the condo: great sheets, comfy bed, Netflix on the TV, coffee pot, cups, bowls, plates, you name it. Glad we chose this condo instead of a hotel room! We had an excellent view, the same view in the picture. The swimming pools were great and access to the beach was easy. Walmart is next door which helped to buy snacks and leave in the room. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location, newly renovated, clean, well equipped, ocean view condo, perfect for two!
This condo is easy to find, has an ocean view, and easy access to local attractions. You can even walk to the Walmart for groceries. The condo has been recently renovated and was clean, well equipped and perfect for two. The condo also overlooked the beautiful, clean, heated pool.

How to get there
From Houston on Interstate 45. Turn right on 61st Street. Go to the end of 61st St and turn right on Seawall Blvd. Go about 2 blocks to 6300 Seawall Blvd, The Victorian.
Park up front and go to the front desk to receive your parking pass, access codes to the pools, hot tub, exercise room, internet.
Ask front desk personnel where to park. The condo is located in Building 6. Park in the parking garage under the resort. The elevator is located towards the rear of building 6. Get one of the luggage carts to minimize your trips hauling luggage. You may have to search for one. There are several elevators in the complex and someone may have left all the carts at another elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and turn right, then turn left and walk along the balcony to #6309 which is just 2 doors down.
