The Ocean Song Villa was the perfect peaceful getaway! The views from the cottage were absolutely stunning. The owners sent very detailed and helpful information leading up to the trip and Franklin, the property manager was very helpful my entire stay. There is private beach access that is in walking distance from the cottage. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a gorgeous getaway from your everyday hustle and bustle.

The cottage is absolutely charming. I was much more spacious than I had envisioned, and the multiple outdoor areas gave is a choice of places to enjoy a meal outdoors or quietly read a book. Despite it being next to the larger villa it was very private. I think my favourite thing was to lie in bed in the morning with the doors open enjoying the sunshine and the wonderful view of Nevis whilst being cooled by the trade winds! The guest house with access to all its amenities and the beach was a wonderful bonus. Penny and Richard provided us lots and lots of invaluable information about the island suggesting restaurants, bars, beaches, hikes, snorkeling locales, transportation, local markets etc.. During our visit they checked up on us to make sure everything was fine, and responded to all of our queries promptly. In fact all of the people on their team we came across whether they be the manager, handymen, or housekeeper, were delightful. I wouldn’t hesitate a second to recommend this property.

Our experience at this property was nothing short of perfect. The cottage couldn't be any cuter. If you are looking for quiet, calm, and relaxing then this is what you need! It is nice to be far enough away from the city, yet close enough to drive in each day if you desire. We had afternoon visits from monkeys, and even a crab at the front door. The FAQ sheet and added assitance from Ricky and Penny was above and beyond. This trip and stay set the bar very high for our future trips! We loved it all!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beach cottage overlooking Turtle Beach and the island of Nevis. Breathtaking views and stunning views on the southern tip of St. Kitts. Our hosts, Penny & Ricky were gracious and provided us with limitless suggestions on dining spots and exciting things to do. Pictures don’t do justice of the unspoiled beauty of the location. Initially, I was apprehensive to travel to St. Kitts alone but I had no need to worry. Penny, Ricky and Franklin took care of everything before I thought to ask. The interior was spacious and welcoming. They thoughtfully arranged food to start me off on my vacation. Franklin showed me where everything was inside and outside. The beach was beautiful and most days had it all to myself. As soon as I got use to going up and down the stairs at the cottage it was time for my to return home. I will definitely be back. Karin

We spent one week in the cottage and it was wonderful. Ricky and Penny were so gracious and helpful at every turn. We did not rent a car initially so they even drove us to a restaurant our first night and picked us back up! Having a private beach club on the beautiful turtle beach was amazing. I would for sure recommend renting a car as it’s a bit remote but being remote was a plus. Also bring earplugs if you sleep light as the tree frogs are pretty noisy!

The property and experience with Ricky and Penny far exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly communicative and helpful before & during our stay, and it’s clear that they really care about their guests. Everything about the cottage was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect escape and we can’t wait to go back!

In our opinion, all of the best beaches are on this end of St Kitts, some within walking distance of the cottage. Having visited, I don't know that there is a better place on the island to stay. You are you high enough to have amazing views with cooling breezes and still close enough to be about 5 minute walk down to the beach bar/Beach house included with the property. Great organic farm close by (walkable) with a wonderful juice bar/sandwich spot we would recommend you check out. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO places and never had better hosts. Extremely responsive before and during the stay. We had to quarantine (Island rules) for 24 hours and the hosts had some food and liquor already in the fridge for us to get by, in addition to helping us pre-order delivery. 10/10, would stay again.

We have enjoyed a fabulous three weeks at Ocean Song Cottage. Penny and Ricky were wonderful on this, our first trip since COVID….helping us navigate all of the entry documents, and giving us advice and help at every turn. The cottage was beautiful! Fully equipped with all your needs and so wonderfully private and quiet! We loved both the outdoor shower and bath, and having coffee in the morning on the patio. The sound of the ocean is always heard! The cottage itself is full of treasures and quirks from St Kitts and the sea….as well as lots of books featuring the history of the islands. We were so happy to have this little place to come home to after exploring the beach and island! Any small issues that we had ( the cottage had been closed up for almost two years, after all) were promptly looked after by Ricky and Franklyn. There is quite a steep climb to the cottage from the driveway, and that may be a consideration for some….for us it was good exercise. The peace and beauty when you get there was well worth it! We also made good use of the beach house while we there. Again, completely private and well fitted out with an honour bar and all the beach amenities. There is a beautiful coral reef for snorkeling right in front of the beach house. We loved St. Kitts! The people are so amazingly friendly and helpful! We felt right at home, and we are going to miss our time here.

We had a wonderful time. The view from the property looking over toward Nevis was spectacular! The directions that we were given were accurate which really helps when traveling in a foreign country while driving on the “wrong” side of the the road. :-) The house had everything we needed and Ricky was very helpful in getting us set up when we first got there. The beach club and beach access were wonderful. We felt like we had our own private beach for most of the time. Ricky and Penny’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. We will definitely be back!
