We had a GREAT TIME; this Home is even more beautiful in person. The photos and video are very good and gives you almost an accurate representation of what to expect when you get there. To see those views in real life; they are amazing. The ocean views with Nevis in the background are some of the best we have seen on our vacations so far. I did a little work there and I can’t imagine a better home office other than sitting on that porch looking out at the views; so peaceful, I got lost and almost ended up working all day because of the view. Nick and Cathy are the best very responsive and friendly. Their home as I noted above will allow your stay there to be very relaxing, it definitely puts your mind into vacation mode. Nick and Cathy, thanks for sharing your home with me and my family. P.S. The Property Manager Dwayne is the perfect complement to the home, whatever you need just ask and I feel confident that he can make it happen for you. Thanks Dwayne.

We chose St.Kitts for our honeymoon. After many mishaps with American Airlines, we arrived 3 days later. It was my husband and I plus my brother and his spouse. We had plenty of room to spread out which was very nice. To say the views are amazing is truly an understatement. We woke up with views that one can only dream of. We loved the house and all of the amenities. We were too busy hanging out on the veranda to even turn on the tv. We definitely would return and stay here again. Nick and Cathy, thank you for allowing us to use your home.

This was our second stay at this amazing villa and we loved it even more than our first visit in 2018. It is clear that the owners and property manager take great care to ensure that guests have everything they need to make the most of their stay. Once again, our favorite spot was the deck with the spectacular views of Nevis and amazing ocean breezes. We spent the first several hours of each day on the deck and in the dunk pool before heading out to explore nearby beaches and restaurants. We had three couples in our party and we had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. The hosts, Nick and Cathy, were quick to respond to any questions we had and offer recommendations. Dwayne, the property manager, was able to arrange for a car rental and stock the villa with groceries before our arrival which was a huge bonus after a long day of travel. I highly recommend this property! I can't imagine visiting St. Kitts and staying anywhere else.

We loved our vacation! The house was perfect for our family. The indoor/outdoor space is ideal for morning coffee and a book overlooking Nevis, enjoying the ocean breeze. It is also perfectly situated to enjoy both St. Kitts and Nevis. We had such a great time exploring both islands, and it was always such a pleasure coming home to this house. I hope we will be back again!

Beautiful location and views, the design of this place is fantastic... Love opening up the Nanawall every morning and just basking in the breeze all day... everything is well laid out, the host and manager are responsive and organized. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was incredible. It’s located on the southeast peninsula about 20 minutes outside of Basseterre with gorgeous views of Nevis across the water. It is extremely private and all you hear are the sounds of the ocean 24/7. It’s very close to Cockleshell Beach which is where we spent most of our time when we were able to force ourselves away from the house. The balcony with pool and huge dining/lounging area was very hard to leave. We spent most mornings on the balcony with a pot of coffee watching the kite surfers and most afternoons in the pool with rum drinks or a bottle of wine. The home had everything we needed—coffee pot, cocktail tools, Bluetooth speaker, blender, hairdryers, washer/dryer, bbq grill, etc. We were all very impressed with the seemingly endless hot water and the beds were very comfortable. One person did have to hop on a video meeting and said the internet was impressively fast and stable. The location was perfect for catching the water taxi to Nevis, walking down the driveway to the extremely quiet and private Turtle Beach, hitting the bars or dinner at Cockleshell, and exploring the hidden beaches and dirt roads in our jeep. We came to St. Kitts with one goal which was to disconnect and fall off the earth…..mission accomplished. Would 100% stay here again and possibly never come back.

This is our 2nd time staying in this house. We absolutely love it! My favorite part is waking up every morning to watch the sunrise. The location is perfect and the process is simple.

From the moment you walk in, the views overlooking Nevis are absolutely breathtaking!!! The layout was perfect for our family of 4. Eating breakfast on the deck and playing in the pool made us never want to leave! Monkeys hanging out on the wall by the pool was a plus for the kids too! This location makes you feel like you are super remote, but it's an easy drive to anything you could need and right by the beach where water taxis will pick you up to take you over to Nevis for the day. I would definitely recommend renting a car while you are there, unless you just plan to stay at the house the whole time or walk to nearby Reggae Beach, which is perfectly fine too!! The house is just as pictured, and actually even better in person!! Thank you Nick & Cathy for sharing your slice of paradise with us!! Wish I was still waking up to that view :)

There is an incredible view of Nevis from a fabulous indoor/outdoor area- makes you want to stay there all day long.
