This property was charming, clean and comfortable....
This property was charming, clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay. It had all the comforts of home, along with the charm of a renovated farmhouse. We were super close to WindRock AtV park, minutes drive or ride & there was plenty of room to park our trailers with ATVs. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions and it was a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was just what we needed to escape from our busy city life.

The inside was remodeled very nice! Everything worked out great for our family of 10! Plenty of room, beds and big dining table for all of us !
Enjoyed large yard every night playing games together! And mavis the visiting dog was sweet!

My husband and I took our son and his hos friends to trail at wind Rock, great time and very comfortable stay. Just had trouble with the remotes to TVs, weren't with the correct TVs and low batteries 😳

This property was great for our stay! About a 25 min drive to our take off spot at Watts Bar. The property was very clean. The outside area accommodated our 3 trucks and boats. The owner was very attentive to our needs when we had a slight electrical issue with charging the boats but he helped us work through everything! Great quiet neighborhood except for maybe the screech owl that sent shivers down our spine…haha

This property is a gem! The property is private but within a short drive to restaurants and outdoor activities. The house is a wonderfully remodeled 1905 farmhouse- with all the charm and none of the outdated features. Shawn is the consummate host as evidenced by the little touches throughout the house. Well decorated without being overdone leaving plenty of space for our family to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and a killer coffee station. Although we didn't get a chance to enjoy the firepit, we appreciated the option of having it available. Thank you, Shawn, for sharing your very cool place with us.

Rented the property for the family to attend the regatta. It was in the perfect location for everything. We went to the event in Oak Ridge, had time To go to Knoxville and thrift shop. Went to Dollywood everything was just a short drive away. As for the house beautiful extremely clean beds were comfortable kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals for eight . There was plenty of room for all of us to play board games and cards in the living room. A table we all sat at and enjoyed our home cooked meals. I can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay. The neighbor came over every morning and evening to help keep us entertained while we were tossing the football around . Mavis was her name she would have probably enjoyed a tennis ball instead of the football. She is a black lab mix of some sort .
I would highly recommend staying here . The owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Overall, everything we needed for our stay during our weekend event in Knoxville… Being out in the country, we did expect to see some critters but to come home to dead termites in the living room and cockroaches on the porch, was slightly disappointing… other than that, our needs were met.
