Cute little apartment! So pleased with location and cleanliness. Lots of construction outside the first morning but we learned to use the noise machine and drown that out! Could use a little better light eliminating curtains or blinds!
Overall great place, would recommend!!

The place was very cute and was close to Broadway/downtown area. The check in and check out process were seamless. The unit had everything i needed. My only complaints about the place are (1) the heat did not seem to go higher than 70, despite how high I put the thermostat and (2) microwave was dirty inside. Not big deals, though. There was a space heater in the closet so I did not bother reaching out about the main heat.
I would recommend and would stay here again.

Me and my daughter stayed at this location and had a great time! We flew in from Boston to celebrate her 21 st bday in Nashville! The place was immaculate with a stocked kitchen! The location was perfect! Short walk to Broadway, about 15 minute walk, located in a safe part of town and even though close to multiple busy roads we slept great! Quiet building! Don’t be fooled by the outside bldg it looks like an office bldg and the foyer is ok, but once inside our apt was great! I would absolutely stay here again!!

Place was absolutely gorgeous with modern kitchenette, tall windows, and industrial pipes on high ceilings. Super comfortable, chic, and exactly like pictures. Clean, good location, walking distance to all the events we wanted to go to for Pride weekend. You have to press # before typing in the code, and we did not know that. When emailed management about it, they look around 20 minutes to give a very rehearsed response. We ended up realizing you need to press # way before they got back to us and got into our room with ease after figuring things out ourselves. Over all, great experience and housekeeping were super nice people during checkout.

Not impressed. Shower floor very slippery, tv never worked, concrete floor very cold, soup/cereal bowl and coffee mugs size of a thimble, no place to set luggage but on floor. Check in very easy and apartment super clean.

It was as described. Pretty noisy on Friday lots of construction. No extra towels available. Called and they brought us 3 hand towels. No large bath towels.

Overall, property was exactly as advertised. Great location in proximity to Broadway. Check in information was accurate and worked as described. Great water pressure in shower (a plus for my wife). Two small points - 1. tap water is a bit funky, so bring your own and do not use the ice. 2. The drapes do not close completely, and there are street lights right out side the window.... be prepared to have a bit of a spot light on the bed.
