The location and quality of the property are awesome. Perfect spot right in Germantown. The inside is fine, but the table only had 3 usable chairs (1 was broken), and there we minimal amenities throughout. It was clear that there is minimal upkeep to the inside of the units, and they only supply it with as little as possible. It has sleeping for 10 (on cheap, hard mattresses!) if you use the pull-out, but it doesn't have seating for 10, dishes for 10, or towels for 10 people. There is little to no artwork on the walls, and there are many marks on the paint. I'd stay there again at the right price, but this property should be priced below others in the area unless they work to make it nicer inside and upgrade the comfort amenities.

The property was in a great location: a quiet residential neighborhood and walkable to a few coffee shops and restaurants. The house and bedrooms were spacious. Modern design, quite clean. I liked that the beds were hotel-style white linens to reassure me they’d been laundered.
We only had a few complaints, which did not taint our visit, but should be noted: 1. The front door keypad was broken so we had to enter through the back door every time (at least there was a back door) 2. The showers were modern and had no doors, only a half glass wall, so it was very cold taking a shower! 3. The kitchen smoke detector was missing.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
