This property is in a great location (close to the river and Broadway, etc) with plenty of parking. It fits 4 adults perfectly, was clean and the host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a downtown Nashville visit!

This condo was exactly as described. Close enough to attractions to catch a Lyft for under $10 (4 people including tip) but far enough to not be overwhelmed by crowds when you had enough.
We would definitely stay with this host again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved the condo. It was perfect for me & my family. Loved the view of the river from the living room and the fireplace. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was a easy walk to Broadway, Printers Alley, local dining, shopping and the Farmers Market.
Rebecca gave me great dining recommendations since we were celebrating my sons birthday and was very helpful and quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely book again!!

This was our first time visiting Nashville, we had a great time. The owner is very responsive and was able to let us check in much earlier than the listed check in time.
The kitchen had coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and sugar substitutes, individual sized snacks and some bottled water. Bathrooms were stocked with travel sized body washes, shampoos & conditioners.
Condo is roughly 1 mile from Broadway, the walk back at night is on the dark side but we felt safe and no one bothered us.
You are also a short walk from a coffee spot called Moonshot (owner recommended this place), coffee and avocado toast were both delicious.
