The house is everything in the pictures. It is a amazing location in a great neighborhood. If you don't want to mess with parking ubers are super cheap due to location.
This was probably the best managed vrbo stay I have had. Everything was just as we were told, and in the places we were told they would be. Never had to ask a single question. This will be my first choice in our next trip to Nashville. Thanks for the amazing property.
This is a very clean, quiet safe neighborhood. This is not a barn burning party house. The neighbors are incredibly nice. Please don't ruin the location by being a bad guest.

This was our 2nd stay at this house. I will start out by saying you cannot beat this location. A quick Uber ride to Broadway or a 25 minute walk. The house is clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck and the fabulous hot tub. Matt and Kelli are so quick to respond to questions, etc. I highly recommend this house when visiting Nashville.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We had 4 couples total and there was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen/living room spaces were perfect size for our group. House was clean and stocked. The beds were very comfortable! Close enough to grocery store and other local shops and attractions, and not far from Broadway. We took advantage of the electric scooters and had no issues getting those in that area. Quick ride to downtown whether it was scooter or Uber. Will definitely recommend this property to family and friends traveling to Nashville!
