On the ground floor is the living room with welsh oak floorboards, a comfortable sofa and armchair and a woodburner in the inglenook fireplace for cosy evenings in - wood is provided free of charge. There is also a freeview TV with DVD player and radio/cd player. The kitchen has an electric cooker with fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. The spacious bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and loo. Upstairs are two bedrooms - a double room with a view of the Epynt Mountain, and a twin room with a double aspect, looking towards the Epynt on one side, and the Cambrian Hills on the other. Heating and hot water are provided by solar panels and a woodburner, encouraging efficient use of resources and sustainability, whilst oil fired central heating ensures heating and hot water are always available. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds will be made up when you arrive. A cot,stair gate, high chair and fire guard are available if required. In the garden, there is a seating area from where you can relax and enjoy the views towards the Cambrian mountains. Wifi internet access is available and free - just bring your laptop.
