Peaceful, quite, hide-away camping near the beach. Exceptionally spacious, Dunes has 10 large hideaway family pitches set in 5 acres of wild Pembrokeshire Countryside. Each pitch has plenty of space and is complete with fire pit, picnic table and private en-suite waterless loo. Dunes is just a few minutes walk from the amazing Whitesands Beach.

“An outstanding 'real' campsite”

Our stay at the Dunes was absolutely brilliant. Rich and Fran the owners were really friendly and helpful throughout, Our pitch was absolutely huge and the private composting toilet on each pitch was a really helpful addition along with the campfire. It's a brilliant location really close to Whitesands beach, easy walking distance. The other facilities were really good including the two lovely showers. All in all a great stay and a brilliant campsite for families.

“Wonderfully secluded pitches with a fire pit for toasting marshmellows...perfect.”

This is a campsite with a difference. The neat pitches are a good distance apart and mostly separated by dunes so you hardly notice other campers at all. Each pitch has its own composting loo (which work surprisingly well) and the shower cubicles are brand new (in 2017). The large shared fridge in the kitchen is extremely useful and having the cool packs available to borrow from the freezer is a great idea.
The owners are very friendly and made us feel really welcome. We had a great time.
