The Farmhouse and Cottage (which can be booked together to sleep up to 12) lie at the end of their own single-track lane, in a peaceful countryside setting, about 10 minutes from the market towns of Lampeter and Tregaron. They are adjacent to, although do not overlook, each other, and have their own private gardens, together with spacious shared grounds. Accommodation: The Farmhouse sleeps 8 + cot in 4 bedrooms. There are three on the first floor; two have king size beds and the other a double bed. There is also a small room with an armchair, bookcase with children's books, puzzles, games and room for a cot. The main sitting room has comfortable sofas and chairs, a woodburning stove, 40in TV with Freeview, DVD and video players (+ free library of videos), and an iPod/iPhone dock. The small sitting room, leading off the main sitting room, has a sofa and a 32in tv with Freeview. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with large fridge, separate freezer, double electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a large table to seat 8. Outside Behind the house there is a sunny terrace with wooden garden furniture. The garden is fenced, and there is a large lawned area, ideal for games and relaxing. There is ample parking on the yard. The following are shared with the Cottage: Games Room: Ideal for rainy days, with darts, table tennis, small pool table and free video library. Laundry Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and Belfast sink. Picnic Area: Behind a stone wall is a large picnic area, with wooden picnic tables, BBQ and lawn with a rotary washing line. Enclosed Exercise Paddock: There is a secure, fenced paddock where dogs can be exercised. Key Facts • Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided • Please bring your own beach towels • Cot and high chair available on request. Please supply your own cot bedding • Oil central heating included • Heating and electricity included • Initial logs/coal for fires provided, thereafter at cost • Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £15 each per week. • Please be aware that Glandulas Uchaf is surrounded by farmland, with sheep and cattle, therefore dogs should be kept under supervision at all times and on a lead when on a walk. • No smoking . Smaller party reductions are available where the number of guests does not exceed 4 persons. Only 2 bedrooms will be made up, with a choice of 2 kingsize or 1 kingsize and 1 twin room. . For groups of friends, or a get together holiday with another family, the Farmhouse can be booked together with The Cottage to sleep up to 12 people (5% discount applies).More

Beautiful house and gardens with plenty of space for the five of us and the dog (who loved racing around the paddock). Had everything we needed for our relaxing stay and would highly recommend to others who are looking for a quiet country get away.
