Upstairs contains the fully fitted kitchen with a superb 5 ring range cooker; double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, kettle and toaster. The spacious lounge with a feature fireplace is bright and spacious with carpeted floor. It has a 3 seater sofa, big armchair and big footstool. There is a Sony TV, DVD, Blue Ray, feature fire place and best of all, a balcony with stunning sea views. The ground floor contains two large double bedrooms one with a king size bed. Both bedrooms have new quality wood wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The double bedroom has a sink/vanity unit. The bathroom also on the ground floor, has a glass shower screen & a new shower over the bath. Of the rear bedroom is a sunroom with large picture window overlooking the garden. There is also a travel cot & high chair available upon request.

Lovely beach house clean and comfortable best weve stayed in. enjoyed it so much have booked again. Perfect apart from the overgrown bush in the back garden which rather spoils the beautiful view.

Tywyn has a sunny west-facing 'Blue Flag' sandy beach. Don't miss the spectacular sunsets over the bay. From early Spring through till Autumn, dolphins and porpoise can be spotted close to the shore, an amazing sight to see! Its not unusual to see them on a daily basis in pods of up to 20. Tywyn is possibly the only place on the West Coast where you can park for FREE virtually right on the beach. There is level access to the town where there are supermarkets, shops, cafes, banks, a post office, cinema, health centre, hospital, several churches, leisure centre and an indoor swimming pool. Just 5 minutes drive is the picturesque harbour village of Aberdovey, with the famous Aberdovey Golf Course plus several good restaurants & pubs. How to get there
Tywyn is easily accessible by road or rail from the Midlands, Northwest and South Wales. There is a main line railway station in Tywyn, just a few minutes walk from the house. By road head towards Dolgellau along the A494 towards Tywyn, turn right at the junction of A487 and A470, right again at the B4405.. Stay on this road past the Talyllyn Lake and through the village of Abergynolwyn, Tywyn is signposted all the way When you arrive in Tywyn head for the sea front down Peir Road, Plas Edwards is on the right just before the promenade .
